El personal es desagradable, manager incluido, un servicio muy pobre y más para un hotel de 4 estrellas.
Al Check-Out, entrego las llaves y pregunto si queda algo por pagar y me dicen que no, al dia siguiente, me cobran por algo que no he consumido, mismo indicándoles que soy alérgica al alimento que me están cobrando, ni siquiera lo revisan.
Lamentable, no recomiendo para nada visitar el establecimiento.

The staff was very careful and kind with me, they made me feel at home. Even one night when I felt bad, they were there to help me.
Ideal location for transportation, restaurants and amusement…even walking or by bike it's easy to get everywhere.
The breakfast was outstanding, with great variety to choose from, my favorites: pain au chocolat, the cheeses and the hot chocolate (I wish I had brought some with me). It was a delightful experience.
