Hotel je na odlicnoj lokaciji,par minuta hoda od metro i bus stanice kao i Trijumfalne kapije. Ulica je mirna. Sobe su za pojam Pariza pristojne velicine i lepo su opremljene. Osoblje je fino i usluzno.

Super expérience avec Nicolas qui est réceptionniste.

A fuir. La plus mauvaise expérience de ma vie. Chambre vétuste avec invasion de fourmis, et pas de détecteur de fumée…
Les photos parleront d’elles mêmes. Honteux de se prétendre 3 étoiles. Hôtel miteux. Vieille déco, gros scotch au sol, murs avec humidité. Des fourmis qui sortent des murs la nuit. Épouvantable. Jamais vu pareil endroit.

Estamos hospedados en este momento. Nos asignaron una habitación que tenía la puerta del armario rota. Nos pasaron a otra en la cual no funciona el aire acondicionado. Nos ofrecieron abrir la ventana ya que no tienen habitación disponible. El hotel está en reforma todo cubierto de polvo. El ascensor no llega a la planta baja.Hasta ahora decepcionante! No lo recomiendo.

Hotel avec des chambres familiales tops pour visiter paris. Il se situe à deux minutes à pieds de l arc de triomphe. Les viennoiseries du petit déjeuner sont excellentes.

I booked a week in advance at a very good price—less than 100 euros for a room with breakfast. Once I paid the non-refundable rate, I received an email informing me that the hotel was undergoing renovations but assuring me that everything was set up to keep the hotel fully operational.

Let me tell you what it’s really like.

First, there is no proper front desk. Instead, a nice receptionist was sitting at a tiny desk with a folding chair in the middle of the hallway, surrounded by dust and construction materials. She gave me my key and told me breakfast would be served downstairs. She also mentioned my room number but didn’t explain how to access it… and yes, that information would have been necessary.

Upon arriving at my floor and after getting used to the horrible smell, I couldn't find my room. I noticed a door that seemed to lead to another corridor, but there was a construction worker behind it who was not happy with me trying to open it. So, I went back downstairs and explained that I couldn't find my room.

They led me there and it was, indeed, behind that door with the worker, then behind another door, past a staircase that was also under construction (dust everywhere, strong paint smell, etc.).

Now, to be fair, the room itself was great, super clean and well arranged with everything you need and a cute deco. On the plus side, the WiFi was strong and free, and breakfast was delicious in a very cute setting.

But the renovation work didn’t stop until 7 PM and started again at 7 AM, yes even on weekends.

In the morning, getting out of my room was a struggle. Due to the ongoing construction, the floor was uneven, and the door leading to the staircase wouldn’t open properly. When I finally left, the hallway was blocked by a cleaning cart right in front of the door. The horrible smell from the night before? yeah still there.

The elevator didn’t feel safe not just because of the bad smell but also because it looked old enough to belong to my great-grandmother’s era.

To top it all off, I was unexpectedly charged an additional 150 euros for my stay. When I asked why, they explained it was a pre-authorization on my credit card "just in case." But since I had already paid in full, I asked what exactly this was for—there was no minibar in the room, no on-demand TV, nothing extra to be charged for. Instead of a proper explanation, I was met with a dismissive "nevermind," which was unprofessional at best, rude at worst. (I was charged back right after my stay)

Pros: The hotel is clean, breakfast is great, and the location is ideal.
Cons: The renovations make the stay uncomfortable, access to rooms is chaotic, there’s a persistent bad smell, the elevator is questionable, and the pre-authorization charge was unexplained.

I’m glad I only paid 100 euros because I wouldn’t have paid more given everything else.

Renovierungsarbeiten und sie vermieten die Zimmer trotzdem für den selben Preis und man weiß nichts davonnvevir man ankommt.
Kein Wasser auf dem Zimmer, die Bäder stinken nach Abfluss, die Badewanne läuft nicht ab und es ist einfach ungemütlich, da alles nach Farbe stinkt. Wir sind enttäuscht, dass wir für den Preis hier übernachtet haben!

Passable. Hotel plutôt vieillot aux commodites minimim. Petit déjeuner très moyen. J’avais demandé un lit double on m’a donné 2 lits évidemment, rue bruyante le Week end. Bons points: l’emplacement près des champs et le réceptionniste de nuit agréable.

La situation très calme malgré l’approximation des grands avenus. L’equipage super sympa. La qualité du matelas est bien appréciable pour cette classe d’hôtel.

Parfait emplacement pour visiter Paris quelques jours. ||À 3 minutes à pied de la place de l’étoile et à 5 minutes des Champs Élysées.

방은 많이 좁다. 하루 보내기는 좋다. 일단 접근성이 좀 떨어지기는 한다. 직원들은 친절하다. 록시땅, 에스프레소 커피 무료... 주변에 식당이 많다 정도. 가성비...개선문 지하철 접근성 좋다. 너무 많이 기대하지 말것.

Hôtel bien situé à quelques minutes à pied de l’Arc de Triomphe et donc des Champs-Élysées. La réception est ouverte 24h/24 permettant une arrivée flexible comme la mienne. Le réceptionniste qui nous a accueilli était d’une grande gentillesse. Chambre globalement propre, baignoire dans la pièce d’eau. La literie était confortable. Seul bémol, les murs mal insonorisé et le manque de double voir triple vitrage qui donne lieu aux bruits de la vie Parisienne et de nos voisins de chambre. Les bruits extérieurs étant les plus gênants, ils m’ont réveillé à plusieurs reprises dans la nuit et définitivement très tôt à l’aube

Chambre propre, spacieuse, literie très confortable.||Très calme. Petit dejeuner complet, bio. ||Accueil très agreable.||

Agréable surprise de cet hôtel bien placé, un des meilleurs voir le meilleur de ceux déjà recréé sur Paris

Rien à redire ; je recommande chalueureusement cet hotel (très bon accueil, chambre soignée bien qu'un peu petite, petit déjeuner varié)

J ai adoré cet hôtel, j y suis allée pendant des années pour mes rdv professionnels,propre, accueillant, cocooning,les chambres sont très bien décorées et la salle petit dej en sous sol aux murs en pierre est agréable ainsi que le copieux petit déjeuner. J en garde un agréable souvenir.

Hotel is a full scam. Booked through Booking website, said that payment would be at the hotel. One week earlier, they decided to double charge me the price of the room. "To make sure", of what? That they could try to get money out of me? Im from VLC, this is all going as the flood damage, maybe they thought I was dead and tried to get away with it.
Refused cancellation after getting mad with all of that, again, one full week un advance. Just a scam and criminals.

I'd rather have a shower than a bathtub.

凱旋門の近くで、移動に便利でした。ロビーにコーヒー、紅茶が用意されていて自由に飲めました。朝食のフランスパンが抜群に美味しかったです。
チェックインの前後も荷物を預かってもらえてよかったです。

Stayed here for 3 nights, hotel staff were extremely friendly and welcoming from the get-go. They attended to all our many questions, explained to us the metro system and even gave us directions to get to our next destinations. They were also very willing to offer safety tips which was very reassuring and helpful. The rooms are spacious and with sufficient amenities, making a very comfortable stay. To top it all off, the location is prime, a 5 min walk away from the arc du triomphe / metro. 10/10 would recommend to everyone! Thank you Tilsitt Etoille staff for making our stay in Paris even more memorable. :)

Престоят ни в хотела беше отличен! Определено бихме го посетили отново! Отношението на персонала във всеки един момент беше много добро. Нямахме никакви проблеми с настаняването въпреки че пристигнахме преди 15:00ч. Предлагаха ни чай, кафе и сок на рецепцията. Закуската беше вкусна и определено я препоръчваме! Местоположението на хотела предлага хиляди възможности - уютни ресторанти, късни разходки по авеню Champs-Élesees, хранителни магазини, градски транспорт и метро. Приятно е предвижването до основните забележителности в Париж, а кварталът е спокоен и безопасен.

Near perfect - and the Nespresso in the morning was priceless.
