Booked months in advance, only to be greeted with a delightful surprise: no hot water! Bravo, management, for the stellar communication skills – not a word about the ongoing crisis until we were at your doorstep, even though you were aware of the issue at least a week before our stay! It is utterly unacceptable that we were not notified in advance or provided with any warning regarding the situation, leaving us with no opportunity to make alternative arrangements or reconsider our stay. This failure to uphold basic standards of guest comfort and communication reflects poorly on the professionalism and integrity of your hotel.
Anyway, the free breakfast option definitely made up for the freezing showers, when it was 5 degrees outside. Not to mention the generosity of free cancellation option in case we wanted to book an alternative hotel on the day (you can imagine the prices of same day bookings).
Unless you're a fan of chilly surprises and indifferent staff who apparently can’t provide the most basic facilities, probably you might want to find some place else.

My experience with the hotel was disappointing as I couldn't check in due to a lack of hot water throughout the building. The absence of this basic amenity not only disrupted my plans but also raised concerns about the overall maintenance and service standards of the establishment.

Séjour déplorable ! Après être arrivé, on nous annonce qu’il n’y a pas d’eau chaude pour tout le week end. Dès le lendemain marin on demande donc un remboursement sauf que malgré leur soit disant « bonne foi », on se fait rembourser 36€ sur les 200 soit 170€ pour une nuit. C’est inadmissible ! Une nuit est habituellement à 90€ environ. Donc malgré le gros désagrément nous avons payé une nuit quasi le double d’une nuit normale. Sans aucun mail ni appel de la direction, je ne trouve pas ça professionnel. Revoyez rapidement la politique de votre établissement !

Pas de prise électrique dans la salle de bain, une prise à côté de la porte d’entrée (très pratique comme vous pouvez l’imaginer) et une autre prise à l’autre bout de la pièce.
Pour recharger vos appareils c’est un enfer. En plus les prises fonctionnent quand elles veulent c’est infernal.L’ascenseur est dans un état déplorable et les parties communes dans les étages microscopiques.
Franchement nous y sommes resté 2jours c’était largement suffisant. Plus aurait été compliqué.
Les prix sont vraiment correct pour l’emplacement mais ne vous faites ps avoir car plus de deux jours dans ces chambres me semble vraiment complexe.
