This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in ParisI do not recommend this hotel to anyone considering staying here. I had previously stayed at another hotel in Paris before moving to this one due to an urgent need to extend my stay. Since I had limited time to find a place, I chose this hotel because it was close to my previous accommodation. However, comparing the two, this hotel is by far the most fraudulent I have ever encountered. Security is zero, the elevator is old, the rooms are outdated, and your belongings are at risk of being stolenOn the first day of my stay, the hotel informed me that I had to leave my key at the lobby, claiming there was staff watching it at all times. If I chose not to leave it and took the key outside, they would charge me a €50 fee per day. Then, when I entered the room, I saw a notice stating that if any items were lost or stolen from the room, the hotel would not be responsible under any circumstances. How does this make sense? It felt as if the hotel itself was planning the theft.Now, about the deposit—I have been waiting 11 days, and I still haven’t received my refund. When I contacted them via email, they claimed that I had broken the toilet in the bathroom and would deduct €40 from my deposit. However, I took photos of the bathroom upon check-in and even sent them to my friend. I also informed the hotel reception about the issue and asked them to fix it, but they never did. Now they are falsely accusing me and trying to charge me for something I didn’t break.Is this a hotel or a scam operation? They are clearly trying to make excuses to take money from guests.Stay away from this place!!!!!

I know that the responsibility is mine and I accept it. They are lying when they say it was explained several times, it wasn't, they only responded once and never responded again. And the last time I called ( called 3 times during 3 weeks and was always polite, I didn't speak with the manager cause he was never available and 1 of the employees couldn't even speak English) they hung up the phone and never answered my number again. I am very sorry that they are intransigent and inhumane and cannot help in these situations. Obviously we won't be able to go. Very unprofessional and unhuman and they are still ironic in their response. We will come back later but never to your hotel. You could perfectly help since I am not even asking for a refund or cancelation, just asking for a change of dates due to a very sad situation but I understand emphaty is something you don't have. If I had booked through an app or something I could understand but I booked in your website, 4 or 5 days later the accident happened, I contacted you almost immediately and yet here we are. Your hotel is not even trying to listen or help. You answered 1 time by email and never again. And just replied now because I left a bad review. That's who you are professionally.

Le personnel très polie et souriant avec devanture magnifique et chambre avec lit très propre et lit très confortable les seules bémols une lampe à côté du lit à moitié décrocher du mur et qui fonctionne pas et quand quelqu'un rentre dans sa chambre ont l'entend comme si il étais dans la même chambre que nous sinon le reste est parfait. 4 étoiles ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I booked a room through the hotel website, non-cancellation option. 1 month before the trip my mother broke her foot, had to undergo surgery and has a 4 month recovery ahead of her. I tried to speak to the person in charge several times, he never answered the phone in person, he only responded once by email. I didn't want to cancel, just move to another date and pay whatever difference was necessary. completely intransigent and inhumane. Terrible customer service.
the last time I tried to call to speak to the person in charge, they hung up on me and never answered my number again. Lack of professionalism and human ethics.
