In a vwry nice position in the area. Close to big roads and markets. Walk distance for shopping. A really quite street. The at 6th floor was nuce, maybe renovated, with very high quality and decorated equipment. Enough for a single or couple stay. In general it is a small boutique hotel. The elevator newd renovation, the breakfast area at basement was a very atmospheric area. Thw breakfasts was an american style with a lot of choices. The cost of room is at average of Paris for this area. Finally I would suggest the renovation of reseption.. the staff very very kind and help of all. Totally suggest for a small hotel in Paris

J’ai eu un super moment dans l’hôtel des deux avenues. Bien placé, propre, bien décoré, nous avons été bien accueilli par la propriétaire qui a été toujours très gentil et de service avec nous. Je recommande.

This small hotel has been completely renovated since I last stayed there in 2017. The rooms are small, but are comfortable and spotlessly clean. The hotel staff are absolutely wonderful, especially the owner, M. Karimi, and Omy who works the front desk. There are numerous restaurants and bistros within a few blocks, and a clean laundromat only about 2 blocks away. Rue Poncelet is a market street, with a wonderful farmers market about a block or so from the hotel. Prior to my wife's illness we went to Paris every year from 2009 through 2017 and always stayed at the Hotel des Deux Avenues. It is even nicer since it has been renovated. When I travel to Paris I would not consider staying anywhere else.
