HÔTEL DES 2 AVENUES ^{* * *}

El personal de recepción súper amable y simpático, estuvimos muy bien atendidos tanto a la llegada como a la salida del hotel. Las habitaciones muy limpias y equipadas, muy acogedora. Respecto a la ubicación, hay una estación de metro cercana en la que estáis conectados con prácticamente todo. Un 10, recomendaremos por Barcelona y repetiremos a la que podamos!

Accueil au top de la réceptionniste (dont j’ai oublié le prénom )
La chambre est super propre, idem pour la partie salle de bain
La salle de bain est le point fort : refaite à neuf, bien chauffée, douche top avec gel douche et shampooing de l’occitane en flacon de 250 ml, serviette en nombre suffisant

Surface de la chambre petite mais comme tous les hôtels à Paris
Bon rapport qualité prix ( 2 fois moins cher que dans le marais)
Accès métro proche
Quartier super sympa pour la nourriture : beaucoup de commerce fruit légume, poissonnier, traiteur ouvert sur la rue comme un marché etc…

I had the worst experience in this hotel because of the receptionist. First we had kept few of our bags in storage room. When we first check in the owner saw our luggages and how many people we were he didn’t had any problems and didn’t complain. Next day we brought the rest of our bags from the storage and the lady receptionist said were you will put the bags and she went and check the room . She said you cant put the bags inside the room because you will broke the elevator because we are kuwaiti! And when we told the owner and the lady why your saying that they said before some Kuwaiti came and broke the elevator. We told them why your judge someone act with the whole nationality. They said no no they were Brazilian. We told them we can broke the elevator with one bag or with few it doesn’t matter how many bags. They said if you want to keep the bags in the hotel rent a room for €400 just of the bag for 1 night ! Or keep them in the storage. We are leaving on first of January and the storage will be close how we will get our stuff??!! They said ok keep them one night in the storage and one night with us . We paid to keep the luggage only for few hours; 30 decmeber @6 pm and took them on 31 december at 8 am, then we kept it at the hotel. The owner told the lady to keep the luggage in the storage room of the hotel she refused but when we told them we are leaving on first of January and everything is closed the owner said ok. We checked the storage room it was empty. The owner was friendly but the lady wasnt. She was rude and judgmental and said why you need all these stuff even if you travel by train they wont allow you to have all these bags with you. The funny thing we came by train and the train didn’t had any problem. Also, she was laughing on our stuff and making fun of it. We were traveling with kids she said either you keep them in storage or outside the hotel.
