Excellent staff who were helpful in terms of travel and restaurant recommendation. Very clean rooms in a great location near the Arc de Triomphe

Really enjoyed my time. The staff are great, helpful, professional and very personable. My first stay and it felt like I had been there before. Lovely rooms and I was so impressed with the cleanliness which was 10/10 and better than some 5* hotels I’ve been to. Cleanliness is so very important. Restaurant was fabulous, service in restaurant and hotel was fabulous. Views are amazing from the privilege room and the superior balcony. Would highly recommend. Only improvement I’d suggest is the bits of wear and tear on paint on furniture and doors are repainted and the place would be fantastic. Noise from doors shutting carries in some rooms but not the end of the world.

Beautiful room in a perfect location. Staff were cheerful and helpful, making us feel very welcome and happy during our stay. We very much enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend to others!
