The location is excellent. We can reach all the major sightseeing spots by bus or foot within 30 minutes. Tons of cafe and restaurants near by. We also enjoy the breakfast and all day free coffee, tea and the water machine. The room is cute and the only complaint I have is the small sink which is very hard to not make a mess of the floor while washing your face. I requested housekeeping everyday however they didn’t restock more cotton cutips after it ran out and one day they didn’t restock the toilet paper. Staff are very friendly though.

Here 4 days now w no one servicing the room. Our room is hot and we needed clean sheets. We asked two days in a row. Nothing. Found the towel and linen bins in the lobby and had to make the bed up myself. I book hotels over air bb when I want service like a fresh bed and towels after a couple of days. It looks chic but the linens are old and clearly they don’t have enough cleaning staff! For the price I would look elsewhere. There are a few similar boutique type hotels on the strew which I would suggest vs this hotel. Also bring hair conditioner and lotion. They don’t provide it. Technically this was worse than an air bb which at least have standards like providing clean linens and proper toiletries. Really disappointed.
