We spent four days in Paris, where we had tickets for the musical "Notre-Dame de Paris" at the Palais de Congrès. Hotel Le 10 BIS had the perfect location for this. It's a lovely, small hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are very quiet and well-equipped. The breakfast is well-sorted and abundant. The Metro/RER station is nearby, as well as many restaurants in the vicinity. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Made a booking and tried to cancel the following day for a booking that was made a month an half in advance. Was declined a full refund and have been told that if i cancel i will be charged extra. This is totally unfair and feel ive been scammed. Do not waste your money here.
