My friend and I tried as many Kosher restaurants as we could during our week visiting Paris. Chez Franck is very quietly the best kosher dining experience in Paris.
The setting feels authentically Parisian, not like a tourist trap. The service was authentic and genuine, casual yet highly professional. The menu is exciting, yet traditional and balanced. But the star of the show was the food. The food was exquisite.
These are well executed dishes with beautiful presentations and great flavor combinations.
If you go, order the double Fois Gras (starter) and Duck a L’orange (main). Those are two of the best dishes I’ve ever put in my face. I plan on going back soon and trying more of the menu.

excellente adresse! un sans faute. Je sors très souvent frustré par la qualité des plats et les prix exorbitants dans les restaurants cashers. ici c'est délicieux et les prix sont très raisonnables. J'ai goté la meilleure noix d'entrecôte que j'ai jamais mangée.
en prime, Franck a fait avec nous une des sheba berahot .... il chante comme un vrai rossignol... merci à lui.
