It is important for service staff to be patient and polite when explaining the menu, regardless of the customer's background. Treating customers with a negative attitude is unacceptable.
It is crucial to emphasize that everyone should be treated equally, and service staff should not consider themselves superior to others. Those who do not understand the importance of valuing people are not suitable for the service industry.

Cena con famiglia in questo ristorante vicino all'hotel. Pizza fantastica fatta con forno a legna! Molto più buona di molte mangiate in Italia. Prezzi bassi se si considera che a Parigi è tutto molto costoso. Buono il servizio. Consigliato.

L'accueil est vraiment désagréable par un homme qui parle ou l'on ne comprends rien et qui pense que c'est lui le client.
Ensuite une serveuse heureusement très bien et efficace .
Une nourriture franchement désastreuse et froide surtout pour des moules frites.
Et ce même homme en sortant étant au bar qui vous regarde méchamment et ne disant même pas au revoir aux clients.
Cela est une honte et représentant très très mal l'enseigne.
Il est important que la Direction reprenne et apprenne la bonne manière et la politesse ou il faut changer de métier.
Je reste à la disposition de la Direction pour plus d'explication mais il faut déjà avoir envie de garder les clients ou les faire fuir.
