Situé en plein cœur des Batignolles, non loin de Montmartre, MELT BATIGNOLLES, le restaurant de barbecue Texan vous propose une large sélection de viande fumée au Smoker (fumoir) à basse température. Bœuf Brisket, Pulled pork, Spare Ribs, demi poulet, Wings ou encore Lamb Ribs sont préparés tous les jours avec beaucoup d'amour et vous sont servis dans une ambiance chaleureuse et conviviale ou à emporter. Notre smoke house très familiale vous accueille le midi et le soir.

Waited an hour with no sign of our food. Inside seating is uncomfortably hot and stuffy. Asked where the food was and it was clear that someone lost the ticket or something similar. The staff were angrily accusing each other and look for our food / order. A few minutes later they said it was good and would be coming. Twenty minutes later we still had no food and some of the items we ordered were now apparently sold out. We left with two very tired and hungry kids and no food. Evening ruined.
I can't say how it tastes because we didn't see any food. I understand we were unlucky and mistakes happen but it's unforgivable to act so sluggishly once an error has been found.
Why wasn't at least some of our order at our table within 5 minutes of the error being found? The whole thing was very unprofessional and lacking any leadership to fix a serious error and what turned out to be an evening ruining decision for us visit this location.
I'm sure we were unlucky but it ended up being an unmitigated disaster.
La viande est horriblement huileuse.

J'ai été récemment au Texas, je peux vous dire que la bouffe là-bas n'a rien à voir.
