Can’t say enough good things about this lovely boutique hotel! Wonderful staff service - they fully took care of me, answering any questions and always went above and beyond. The rooms are charming and delightful, everything you need. Location is amazing, can walk to Eiffel Tower and so many cute cafes and shops in the area. Felt like a local! 100% would stay again! Thanks!

I booked this hotel well in advance and deliberately chose to pay a premium—around $250 per night—thinking I was treating myself to a comfortable stay in a stylish, boutique hotel. Unfortunately, it didn’t come close to meeting those expectations.
The location is lovely: a quiet, elegant neighborhood in the 16th arrondissement, just steps from the Ranelagh Metro. But from the moment I stepped inside, things went downhill.
Despite being French, I was greeted with the kind of eye-rolling attitude usually reserved for lost tourists. The staff seemed uninterested and borderline rude. My room? Incredibly small—barely enough space to walk around the bed.
I went back to the front desk hoping for a better room and was offered one that was slightly larger—but still very cramped. Thee was not enough room to open a suitcase comfortably. Half the closet was taken up by equipment, and the bathroom was so tiny it didn’t even have a toilet paper holder. The bathtub had a handheld shower but no hook to hang it, so even basic things felt awkward. The staff indicated that the hotel would be fully booked.
Throughout my stay, the service remained cold and unhelpful. Even the messages I received from the hotel manager afterward were inadequate and did nothing to improve the experience.
I feel misled—not just by the hotel’s presentation, but also by Hotels.com, which offered no clarity about the size or standard of the room. For the price, I expected a much more comfortable and welcoming stay. I won’t be returning, and I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you’re hoping for anything close to a luxury or boutique experience.

Nice Hotel, Good location, but we paid 4 star prices for a room that only had a hand held shower in a bath tub - wont re-book because of this.
Air-conditioning is central and is under-powered for the room - fortunately it was May & we could open the window

Very nice boutique hotel, my room was small but comfortable, perfect for a 3 to 4 days stay. Breakfast was tasty, I also used the nearby gym which is quiet and very well equipped. The staff at the reception gave me great recommendations for local cafes and places to visit, they were very helpful and friendly. I will definitely come back

C'est un hôtel avec une ouverture sur l'idée de personnalisation. J'aime beaucoup la chaleur qui s'y dégage. Le petit déjeuner est juste wooooo et nous avons eu le privilège d'être orientés par la patronne. J'aime beaucoup et je reviendrai. Le quartier est très accessible avec tous kes transports pas loin... les musées, les restos...

Comfortable, classy, quiet, homely. The hotel is in a classic Parisian residential house, situated in a very good, less touristy, neighborhood.

Set in a great location, this tourist trap will disappoint you in all aspects but the location. The rooms I got exposed to (I had to refuse the first one which was nothing more than a closet with window) are very small and not very well appointed. There is no room where to open a carry-on bag. Half of the closet is occupied by machinery so you barely have room for your clothes. The bathroom is ridiculously small (not room for toilet paper dispenser) and not practical at all (bathtub with glass partition for shower but no hook for shower head). The staff is borderline contemptuous and totally disengaged. The price per night (230 Euros in my case) is terrible value. This is a ripoff.

We had the best stay at this hotel. The staff were super nice and friendly, they even had a special attention for us, since we celebrated my husbands birthday. We loved the feeling of being at a luxurious hotel but at the same time feeling like we were taken care of by a super nice family.
The rooms are really nice and clean and the breakfast was great! Luxurious and cozy at the same time. We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel!

Nous sommes allés dans cet hôtel avec mon fils lors du week-end de Pâques.
Hôtel bien placé, 50m du métro Ranelagh et du parc des princes.

Le personnel de l'hôtel est très gentil, la chambre était propre, de bonne taille et une belle salle-de-bains

Dommage que les occupants de la chambre d'à côté avaient laissé leur chien dans la chambre et qu'il a pleuré tout le temps (jour comme nuit), pas très bien insonorisé sinon le cadre est sympa

Bon hôtel mais l'empreinte pour le règlement a été prélevé sur le compte, débité deux fois donc : empreinte + réglement, il ne s'agit donc pas d'une empreinte mais d'un double prélèvement. Il ne faut pas se moquer non plus. J'attends d'avoir le remboursement.

Auf jeden Fall die Zimmer sind wunderschön und sauber.

37年前に宿泊しました。今回の旅行の目的の一つはまたこのホテルに泊まる事でした。ホテルは小ぢんまりとしておしゃれ、部屋は清潔で快適です。スタッフはフレンドリーでcarte orangeの話で盛り上がりました。朝食も気遣いがあって完璧です。また次もこのホテルに来ます。ありがとうございました。||

The hotel receptionists are very friendly and try to help the visitor. It is necessary to improve the supervision of the cleaning staff because the service is not of the same quality every day as they forget to replace the facilities (e.g. coffee, sugar, etc.). For environmental considerations, towels should not be changed every day. The attic rooms are a bit uncomfortable.

This is a great little hotel, close to most of the main attractions and there is a metro station at the end of the road.

Our room was compact but clean and beautifully laid out, complete with a balcony, Albeit small it was a nice addition.

I cannot fault the team who work there, we received a warm and friendly welcome and the man who was on reception everyday was so helpful.

The breakfast is quite pricey however everything in Paris is and you certainly receive enough food to last until lunch.

A lovely little place to stay.

I loved my stay from the moment I arrived until saying goodbye. The staff are so welcoming, the salon really cool and comfortable. My room was comfortable and breakfast excellent. I look forward to returning.
