The person on the front desk is a horrible person, you should fire him!! He shouldn’t be as a face of the company. I entered the hotel because I was lost looking for my address and before I could say anything he was super rude, talking down to me and when I told him I wasn’t checking in he was extremely rude.
The funny thing is that I was planning to extend my stay in Paris and since I can’t be staying on the place I am currently, I was considering this hotel as an option but after that treatment I wouldn’t even like to pass by. He’s the first face to the public, so unprofessional and mean. It was a guy on the Monday June 2nd evening/night around 9pm.

The rooms and staff were lovely! There was no issue with anything that could be improved by the staff or management. Be warned that the hotel room walls are very thin leaving for a restless sleep. It was very hard to sleep peacefully with the noises of all the guests. Additionally, I do not recommend the location for tourists. It is not close to the louvre or Notre Dame or central Paris where most of the activity takes place. Thank you for the stay and clean and friendly staff!

This is the second time my wife and I have stayed at this hotel. All the staff in this hotel are welcoming and super friendly - they make us feel like part of the hotel family!
We stayed in a fantastic room on the 4th floor with a large bathroom. The bed is extremely comfortable and we had a great night's sleep each night.
The breakfast is very varied and the food is exceptional. Wonderful meats, cheeses, breads, cereals and pastries - a great deal of choice!
We intend to visit Paris at least once a year and this is definitely the hotel we will be staying at on future visits.

The experience was incredible. The reception staff was the best we have ever encountered at a hotel. They helped us with various questions about our visit to Paris, especially Naiara, who consistently aimed to ensure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. The room was immaculate, and the beds were very comfortable. We will come back soon!!!

This is cosy and very comfortable place, where the staff is very helpful, kind and efficient. Rooms are very clean with all equipment needed. So close from the Eiffel Tower, and the metro line 6, it's situated in a quiet little street. I highly recommande it.

The weather in Paris was awful during our stay, but the hotel staff totally made up for it with their kindness and top-notch service. Plus, chatting with the receptionists was like getting free stand-up comedy with your room key!

Staff were wonderful, multilingual, willing to go the extra mile, and answer every possible question one threw at them. Special thanks to Armando and Niyala (sp?), always there with a welcoming smile. The location is excellent, with a variety of eating places to choose from. I'd go back there tomorrow...

Die Lage ist wirklich grandios zwischen Eiffelturm und arc de Triomphe. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und schon in die Jahre gekommen, aber zweckmäßig. Leider roch es bei uns immer wieder etwas unangenehm.
Frühstück ist ok, man findet fast alles was man braucht.

Stayed here for a few nights to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday. Great location, 3 minute walk from Trocadéro metro station and Eiffel Tower. We used the hop on hop off bus to get around Paris. Lots of different cafes and restaurants around the area plus a food store at the end of the street. From the airport we travelled on the RER B line to Denchart Rochequet and then line 6 Etoile to Trocadero which was €30 for 2 tickets one way, we were quoted €65 for a taxi. To travel to the airport you travel on the nation line 6.|Hotel staff were lovely, very helpful, friendly and informative. Breakfast was excellent. Room cleaned every day and room was spotless.

There was a small refrigerator in the room. Only one chair in the room which made you have to sit on the bed. Room small. Very little room for suitcases. The bathroom shower was dangerous. You had to step over a tall, slick tub. There were no grab bars. Absolutely no view which is probably typical. Overpriced breakfast. Staff very helpful and courteous. Very clean.

We stayed here for three nights. I felt like the room was bigger than most other rooms in Paris. They were also very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was big! We even had a bath! There was also a fridge, a safe and even a chromecast in the room.
The staff was also very kind. The whole hotel just had a very nice vibe because of them. It felt like a home. If I ever come back to Paris, I would definitely go back to this hotel. The people are amazing, the rooms are very good and the location is also very nice. It is close to the Eifeltower, l'arc de triomphe and the subway. There is also a supermarket next to the hotel and there are a lot of nice restaurants and bars around to drink or eat something.
Overall this is a very nice place to stay!
