The staff is quite friendly and helpful. I got my ice for my bottle every day although it was in January, quite cold, but I like ice and my Dr. Pepper.
The room is not very small, but quite nice. The tub is narrow and the water does come out to the floor, but we use towel to dry it.
We got the room for 4, so 1 double bed and a pullout which adequate for the 4 of us.
The view to the building is quite nice, they have a smoking area right in the middle of building for smokers with chairs and ash trays.
The mattress is quite firm and comfortable for a good night sleep after a long day walking.
There are free coffee and tea in the room for us to make every morning and night.
There's a breakfast buffet every morning but we didn't join any day for $15 euros.
It's quite a pleasant stay, I like to walk up/down the spiral narrow stairs which is fun.
