Cet hôtel de luxe à Paris est tout simplement exceptionnel ! Des chambres élégantes offrant une vue imprenable sur la ville lumière, à l'accueil chaleureux du personnel, chaque détail respire le raffinement. Les équipements haut de gamme, comme le spa et les restaurants étoilés, ajoutent à l'expérience de séjour. Le service attentionné et personnalisé a rendu mon séjour inoubliable. Je recommande vivement cet établissement à tous les voyageurs en quête d'une expérience hôtelière de premier ordre dans la capitale française.

Un séjour inoubliable, nous n’avons rien à dire sur cette hôtel, mis à part votre excellence, votre bienveillance et professionnalisme. Merci à toute l’équipe de conciergerie, de réception, de chambre, les barmans, le personnel du pdj, et toute les personnes participants à cette perfection. Our stay at Saint James was such that we had to write this review:
-No one to assist us with luggage outside at check-in, difficult with a baby and multiple bags.
-Breakfast order mistakes every single day, required multiple clarifications.
-Ridiculous long wait for dining at the outdoor bar (1 hour for a simple, overpriced food, and for the salad: not fresh and with serious lack of sauce).
-At check out, when we asked for a customer service contact, we were told that there was no such contact for addressing these issues.

Saint James is an amazing Hotel in the heart of Paris, close to Tour Eiffel and Arc de Trionphe. We've been welcomed with professionalism and a warm embrace, the team has always tried to make us comfortable and well assisted. Rooms are enchanting and recently renovated.

I had the perfect suite with a view of the breathtaking gardens. The ambiance, service, and food was excellent. I always love staying at the St. James.

What a special place. My fiancé and I spent our first trip to Paris here and absolutely loved every minute. The chateau is breathtaking, the service outstanding and the food from breakfast through to dinner at Bellefeuille was a dining experience to remember.
