I have travelled to Paris many times over the years and stayed in many 5 star hotels but I have never stumbled across anything quite like Saint James. |This hotel (or should I say Palace) is nothing less than extraordinary. From the magnificent gated grounds to the exquisite entry, grand staircase and sumptuous bar / library is truly first class.|Whether it be the staff at the front desk the concierge and everything in between you could not fault their service or attention to detail. A truly pleasurable experience and one not to go past when travelling to Paris. I will now call Saint James home every time I travel to Paris.

A beautiful hotel that captures the Parisian essence.Impeccable service and a homey feel to it. My first recommendation to anyone planning on visiting Paris. Great suites with plenty of room. Cocktails and room service were delicious..

This is not my first time staying at the Saint James hotel. Probably my 5/6 time. Stayed before and after renovations. Beautiful hotel, staff is lovely, decoration and atmosphere captures the Parisian essence. My first recommendation for anyone planning on visiting Paris. Thank you again for your impeccable service and attention to detail.

Chefs kiss! Everything you would expect in a place to stay in Paris, one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve been to. Impeccable service from the entire staff , excellent restaurant, just stunning.

Even though we had a pleasure of staying here only for 1 night, the service was absolutely impeccable.
We traveled with our 2 kids (2 and 4), and up in our suite they had 2 stuffed puppies prepared for them, which are now their favorite stuffies to sleep with. 2 books "little prince" and a cute book with stickers and some fun activities for the kids to do.
We got a complementary champagne, of course! Chocolates! And also a complementary massage at a spa. I missed out on the massage as we had no time, but I am sure it would have been amazing as well!
The hotel itself and the rooms makes you feel like you are staying at this beautiful castle. So peaceful and so beautiful. The service was amazing!!!! My husband is a bit of a demanding client, and they have pleased him on all his demanding requests with a polite smile!
The staff! The place! Room service! All amazing!
My only thing is that the mattress was a little uncomfortable for me. But that's just a matter of a personal preference.
Everything was perfect! Every time I travel to Paris I stay at amazing hotels and always leave wanting to come back again! And this time wasn't an exception! Thank you for creating this dreamy experience for the tourists who are absolutely in love with Paris and its history!
My 4 year old can't stop telling everyone that he stayed at a real castle in Paris!
