We stayed for a wonderful 3 days/2 nights. It was our first time and we hope to go back. Really unique and beautiful hotel, great restaurant and grounds, and excellent staff.

Service in the garden would appr3ciated. When we arrived there was a private function but when we asked the next day to eat in the outdoor bar we were told no. Why have a pretty garden without being accessible to guests for food and drinks? Spa needs mot3 attention from receptionists - no water to drink and wet towels on loungers. We stayed there as are reciprocal members of a club in London. More attention would be appreciated. Concierge & Simon the Sommelier were excellent. Sun eve bar staff couldn’t find an expensive bottle of wine we ordered and took ages to tell us - after food was delivered. All staff should remember the guest experience is paramount. Spa receptionists ( plural) didn’t leave their desk and we were disappointed no massage avaikable.

Saint James Paris is an absolutely stunning hotel with breathtaking architecture and a refined, elegant atmosphere. Also, it is very well positioned in the 16th arondisment. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautifully kept grounds and sophisticated interior design. Our room was very comfortable and peaceful—ideal for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was a delight, with a wonderful selection of fresh, high-quality options served in a cozy, elegant setting.

What truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help. We were celebrating a special occasion, and the hotel surprised us with thoughtful gifts in our room. And of course, Pilou, the resident cat, was a very cute surprise. We felt really great at this hotel, and are already looking forward to coming back on our next trip to Paris!

This hotel is perfect in every way. It is beautiful. The staff is always smiling and attentive. The grounds are beautiful. We stayed a week and the stay was flawless. We will stay here when we visit Paris again.

Expérience très décevante. Dès l’arrivée, on nous a demandé d’attendre 10 minutes avant de pouvoir entrer, alors que la salle était complètement vide. Ce n’était visiblement pas un oubli : chaque client semble subir ce petit rituel, comme si l’attente artificielle devait donner un semblant de prestige à l’établissement. Une méthode franchement étrange et agaçante.

Nous avons ensuite commandé une planche charcuterie-fromage : insipide, de très basse qualité, sans aucun intérêt gustatif. Les produits semblaient choisis au rabais, indignes du lieu et encore moins en adéquation avec le coûts des prestations.

Les cocktails étaient corrects, mais encore une fois pas en adéquation avec la valeur tarifaire. Seul point positif : le service, agréable. Mais ça ne rattrape en rien la médiocrité générale. Un joli cadre, certes, mais des prestations clairement surcotées. Je repars énervée, avec le sentiment d’avoir été prise pour une touriste.
