Very friendly staff, great service, so accommodating with special requests (such as heating up food in the microwave for guests, and noticing that we were carrying a bottle of wine and offering to open it for us before we could even ask), clean spaces throughout, would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend to others.

Although they have very expensive price the toom furniture is very old and the room was not very well cleaned, also there are many doves the birds stay at the bars on the outside of the window glasses making very loud noisy so you cannot open the window and besides that they are not with proof of sound so you can hear all the noisy from the exterior! Not recommended.

Je tenais à remercier Hôtel Etoile Trocadero chaleureusement pour mon séjour pret de l'OCDE. ||Trouver un hôtel correct, agréable, propre, confortable, bien situé et à un prix raisonnable à Paris est devenu un véritable défi, tant la ville est devenue "impossible" depuis un an.||L'Etoile Trocadéro est une véritable exception : le personnel, manifestement fidèle à l'établissement depuis plusieurs années, est exceptionnellement sympathique, compétent et attentionné. ||Bravo à toute l'équipe !||Ma chambre et mon lit étaient bien plus confortables que je ne l'aurais imaginé, ce qui a rendu mon séjour particulièrement agréable.||Bien que je n'habite plus en France, je reviendrai avec plaisir dans votre hôtel lors de mes prochains passages à Paris.||Encore un grand merci et à bientôt !

Hotel excelente, perto de tudo, com 2 estações de metrô coladas. Fomos recebidas pelo JUDE FERNANDES, pessoa maravilhosa, super cordial, nos ajudou demais. No café da manhã encontramos a ISABEL, de Cabo Verde, que fala português. Estou ficando 5 dias e vou voltar e ficar aqui novamente.

Todo excelente, si bien las habitaciones son algo pequeñas, aunque es algo típico de los hoteles esta ciudad.

La decoración es original, la ubicación es inmejorable y el personal del hotel muy agradable.

Hotel bem situado, perto de tudo, staff espetacular, com um beijinho especial para a Isabel e Ariana, que prepararam em segundos uma surpresa assim que souberam que era dia de aniversário da minha esposa, e um abraço para o restante staff.

My ground floor room was small, as advertised, but nicely furnished. The hotel lobby has a hipster vibe with nice wall decor and furniture. ||The bathroom has very new fixtures (shower, toilet, sink, tile). The shower was especially spacious and had very good water pressure. The bed was a comfortable European queen-ish size bed. Two twin beds put together. The linens and pillows were comfortable and soft. There's a small table in the corner of the room and a desk chair. That was the only sitting space in the room. The room has air conditioning via a split ac unit, but I didn't use it during my stay.||There is good storage in the wardrobe cabinets on each side of the bed. Lighting in the room is very good with overhead lights and bedside lights. ||The location is excellent. Less than 10 minute walk to the Trocadero station across the river from the Eiffel Tower. There are a few restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The hotel is on a quiet street and the neighborhood is made up of nice residential apartments and some nice hotels like a Sofitel. ||I did not eat breakfast at the hotel, but saw that the breakfast room is in the basement level. ||I would happily return to this place as a traveling couple.

Bonjour, si je pouvais mettre 10... Accueil exceptionnel, le monsieur est très agréable et serviable, service bagagerie, le prix est très correct pour le 16eme arrondissement.. literie parfaite, l'essentiel pour dormir et petit déjeuner copieux, nous reviendrons !!! avec notre fils, l'hôtel est à deux pas du Trocadéro donc de la tour Eiffel..

This hotel does have an amazing location- within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe. It also has a really delicious breakfast with a variety of breads, proteins and coffees . |The room itself is exceptionally small and run down . The bathroom is pre-war and also extremely small. I had to do my makeup on the floor . It has one suspect electric plug. I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the air conditioner until the last day . |The room had a cool window that opened up and you could look down the street . |Also I prepaid but had to pay 30 euros in taxes when I got there . I didn’t expect that . |Another interesting thing about this place is that it had the world’s tiniest elevator and the stairs were scary narrow and some of the halls are dark making stairs even more interesting . Definitely not disabled friendly .

The reservation desk is not easy to talk to. We asked to add additional night on our reservation, and we lost the room because they were basically looking on a wrong date which was really inconvenient because we had to transfer from one hotel to another. Hope that improves.

Tout à fait satisfaisant... J'ai passé d'excellentes vacances, tout était très bien dès mon arrivée. Le personnel est très serviable, la chambre est très confortable pour se reposer et dispose d'un petit balcon donnant sur la rue, le buffet du petit déjeuner est très savoureux.
Il n'est pas très cher et répond largement à vos attentes.
La Tour Eiffel est à 5 minutes à pied !
En conclusion un très bon séjour, je le recommande vivement.
Psdta : Si vous aimez les super-héros, vous apprécierez la décoration de la réception !

L'hôtel est incroyable et très bien situé. Le service était merveilleux, de l'accueil à l'hôtel jusqu'au délicieux petit déjeuner. La chambre est de bonne taille et dispose d'une belle salle de bains. La chambre est nettoyée tous les jours, ce qui la rend encore plus confortable et accueillante. Le personnel de l'hôtel nous a fait sentir comme si nous étions chez nous. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute la prochaine fois que nous serons à Paris.

Très bon hôtel avec un bon emplacement. Proche de la Tour Eiffel et des principales attractions touristiques. Le directeur Jude a été extrêmement serviable et amical. Nous y séjournerons à nouveau sans aucun doute.
