I booked this hotel through booking.com for July. Once I made a reservation, booking.com sent me a auto-confirmation email. Then after that, I got another email with a link from this hotel via booking.com to ask me to enter a card information. |I found out later that the booking was not made and the hotel sent me that I would need to cancel it. |I talked with booking.com about an hour about this issue . They said that they would investigate it but there is no update what so ever.

Ho prenotato questo hotel tramite booking 4 mesi prima della data di arrivo, con cancellazione gratuita fino ad giorno prima... A un mese dalla partenza mi scrivono che non riescono a prendere i soldi in anticipo (falso perché con la mia carta ho sempre pagato, anche l'altro giorno per la Spagna e il pagamento è andato buon fine). Morale l'hotel mi ha cancellato la prenotazione(booking non può fare nulla) e mi sono trovata senza hotel as un mese dalla partenza periodo olimpiadi. Hotel poco professionale. Delusa.

I made a reservation on booking.com for my September trip and received an immediate confirmation. Thirty minutes later, I received a separate email purporting to be from the hotel itself via Booking’s messaging service, asking me to validate my credit card through a suspicious link. They threatened to cancel my reservation within 24 hours if I didn’t comply. I contacted booking.com, and they confirmed my reservation was valid and would not be canceled. I also emailed the hotel directly, but they did not respond.

A few days later, I received an email notification that the hotel had flagged my credit card as invalid. However, I had booked additional hotels for this trip without any issues. I called the hotel directly, and they claimed they had no record of my reservation. They offered to let me book the same stay for over $3000 USD for 4 nights. When I questioned why I needed to cancel my reservation if they had no record of it, they abruptly hung up.

It turns out they advertise rooms at lower prices online to lure customers into clicking on suspicious verification links to steal credit card information. Then, when you call them, they demand an exorbitant price if you still want to stay there. It’s no surprise the hotel has such low ratings (50-90) on all third-party booking websites, while other hotels have hundreds or thousands of reviews. Save yourself the hassle and avoid booking with them.

The hotel cancelled the room 2 days before my stay and then requested me 200$ more than the original price if I wanted to book with them again.
Called the reception and they did not give me any solutions had to rebook somewhere else last minute.
