Bonjour,|J'ai pris une petite chambre, elle est fonctionnelle, il ne manque rien. Le mini bar est même présent.|Le lit est confortable. Bon accès wifi.|Personnel de l'établissement est poli, agréable et serviable.|Hôtel est bien placé....

Bien situé, petit hôtel dans rue calme, a proximité a pied du Trocadero, palais de Tokyo.... facile d'accès .

Great staff! Took 19 mins to walk to Arc de Triomphe/Champs elysees... 23 minutes to walk to the Eiffel Tower. We chose to walk because, why wouldn't you to explore Paris? ???????? Lots of cafes, restaurants, convenience stores, bakeries so close and open till morning. Post Office about 230 mtrs away for those that still want to send young nephews postcards. ???? Hotel: Clean, staff ultra friendly in a relaxed way not boisterous. The room was 3 flights of stairs up which is a bit of a struggle depending on size of suitcases, age and fitness of the guests. No USB ports in the room and it was a bit dim even with the lights on. Lots of pluses if you get a lower floor lol

Hôtel très bien situé avec tout le confort nécessaire. La chambre était spacieuse et propre. Dommage qu'il ne soit pas possible de régler le chauffage (il faisait chaud) et qu'une chaudière ait fait du bruit toute la nuit. Toutefois, accueil très bien et petites attention qui font plaisir.

The room itself was perfect. We stayed in the Cindy Triple Room and this was a perfect size for my friend and I. Love how the toilet, the sink and the shower are all separated! The room was clean, hairdryer for those interested, is included in the room!
A relatively quiet location as well, only thing that was a bother was the garbage man! I'll take it!
We had ran into an issue with a customer who checked into the small room next to ours towards the end of our stay. This customer ended up smoking in his room, causing a lot of the smoke to enter ours. We went and talked to the lady at the front desk (we used Google Translator, which worked PERFECTLY), and told her our concerns. She had the director of the hotel talk to the customer next to us and the issue was resolved! They care about their customers happiness and satisfaction.
We really enjoyed our stay, we would DEFINITELY stay here again!
