Séjour mitigé à l’hôtel Le Singulier. La chambre était propre, confortable et agréable — rien à redire de ce côté-là. En revanche, l’accueil laisse franchement à désirer : la personne à la réception regarde une série en haut-parleur, parle avec des amis… toujours en haut-parleur. Zéro professionnalisme, on ne se sent ni accueilli ni pris au sérieux.
Le petit déjeuner, quant à lui, est une vraie blague. Quand je demande s’il y a du pain, on me répond : « Du pain ? Ah ben faut que j’aille en acheter ! »… On croit rêver. Même chose pour le jus d’orange : on te pose directement la bouteille sur la table.
Le prix du petit déjeuner (14€) est certes raisonnable pour Paris, mais à ce tarif, un minimum de service est attendu. Là, on est plus proche d’un self improvisé que d’un hôtel 3 étoiles.
En résumé : chambre ok, mais service et accueil complètement à revoir.
1. The AC doesn't have control in the room. You have to ask the reception to on/off/modify, which is annoying, and they off it after some time.
2. There was mold and ants in the bathroom
3. Asked for a baby cot and the lady brought it from some store room, it was so dusty that we got asthama from it.
4. There is no elevator (but it's not so many floors, so it's fine)
