Overall, the hotel was nice, clean and well-located, but not exactly high-end.
What really stood out, though, was the contrast in the staff’s attitude. Most of the front desk team weren’t particularly friendly or helpful, which was disappointing. However, there was one gentleman at the front desk (I think his name was Quentin or something similar) who was genuinely kind and welcoming, he made a real difference in my stay. Credits to him!
If you’re looking for a decent hotel in a good area, it’s a solid option, just don’t expect luxury level service.

A lovely hotel in a great location. Comfy bed, large bathroom, pretty view from the room and balcony. Everything was spotlessly clean. The staff are truly amazing! From checkin to checkout they could not have been more helpful. Providing navigo transport cards for us to use was very welcome and made visiting the sights of Paris easy and convenient. The reception staff greeted us with a smile each time we left the hotel to go sightseeing and again on our return - always asking if there is anything we need. The breakfast each morning was delicious and plentiful and the lady was very friendly and kind - it was a delight to see her each morning and enjoy breakfast in the lovely dining room. We had a very enjoyable stay and look forward to staying again. This was our first trip to Paris and it was made all the more special by choosing to stay here- everything was perfect!

Am avut o experienta fabuloasa la acest hotel din Paris!!!! Personalul extrem de amabil, mereu gata sa te ajute, mereu cu zambetul pe buze. Dna. Monica este o draguta!!! Locatia fantastica, camera curata, patul foarte confortabil. Ma bucur ca am ales acest hotel pentru sejurul nostru de o saptamana iar aniversarea mea a fost un vis datorita voua! Va multimim din suflet!!!!

Also the bed bugs here and I asked them too many times to change the room and the don't responsible
