Good central Paris hotel. Good rooms and very close to Champs Elysees and L'Etoile.

J'ai travaillé en bas de l'hôtel un dimanche matin dans le froid, ils m'ont offert un café c'est trop sympa. Merci encore.

The staff offered a warm welcome from the moment you walked in!
Paris is a very walkable city and the metro was easy to navigate (thanks to a few YouTube video tutorials ????). The hotel is convenient to high end shopping and the Arc.
Breakfast was great in the morning. They offered a variety of juices, coffees, pastries, bacon, sausage, cheeses and fruit. They also have a Nespresso machine available in the lobby 24 hours a day.

We had a lovely 7 night stay at Hotel Bassano in the heart of Paris in September 2024. We had 2 rooms (joined) on the second floor as we were travelling with our 2 teenage sons. The staff were all very helpful and friendly 9especially the lovely Madeline on front desk), the rooms were big (by central Paris standards), immaculately clean (hats off to housekeeping), and they were well appointed with showers and bath tubs. To top it off, the location was excellent. I would happily stay here again as it gave us a central base with great access to all the wonderful things Paris has to offer, including excellent food, drink and shopping on the doorstep of this hotel. La chambre était particulièrement confortable avec un lit King size qui nous a permis de passer une excellente nuit. Le calme était remarquable, aucun bruit ni lumière du jour ne nous a dérangés. La salle de bain, très spacieuse, est un véritable point fort avec à la fois une baignoire et une douche. Les toilettes séparées sont également très appréciables. Mention spéciale pour les produits l’Occitane utilisés dans la salle de bain, à la fois de qualité et agréables.
Le petit-déjeuner le lendemain matin était parfait : complet, varié et de qualité. Le bacon et les œufs brouillés étaient particulièrement réussis. Là encore, l’accueil était chaleureux, ce qui contribue vraiment à la satisfaction générale.
Le service a été impeccable jusqu’au bout, puisque nous avons pu laisser nos bagages toute la journée après le check-out sans aucun souci.
Enfin, l’emplacement est idéal : à moins de 5 minutes des Champs-Élysées et à proximité immédiate de la ligne 1 du métro, ce qui permet de profiter pleinement de Paris.
Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter ! Tout était parfait et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
