All the staff including the front desk staff Stephene and Ola were more than helpful. I wanted to purchase ROLAND GARRIS tickets last minute and they took about an hour of their time to find the tickets.

Jacinto and Ramon in the restaurant worked hard to make our breakfast amazing and relaxing. Both were very attentive and very happy. You can tell that Jacinto and Ramon work well together and they enjoy their job and serving the hotel guests.

Von Montag bis Freitag habe ich im Le Metropolitan gewohnt. Schönes Hotel in toller Lage, Nähe Eifelturm. Zum Palais de Congres waren es 15 bis 20 zu Fuß. Den morgentlichen Spatzierganz zum Kongress habe ich genossen: Cafés, Bäckereien, Bistros, kleine Geschäfte, Parks, schöne Wohnhäuser und und und auf dem Weg.
Nettes Personal im Hotel. Das Zimmer war zwar klein, doch für mich als Einzelperson ausreichend mit allem Komfort. Besonders möchte ich das Frühstück erwähnen, das ich zwar nur einmal hatte, doch die Produkte, von der Butter über die Brötchen und Croissants bis zum Käse, den Marmeladen und dem Tee, war die Qualität hervorragend. We loved the hotel's location and the Eifel tower view from the 5th floor suite was superb! Each day for breakfast we received especially attentive service from Jaeinto and Rimon. They both possess that French je ne sais quoi! Thank you very much for making our stay wonderful.

Mon expérience concerne le restaurant Hosukai de l'hôtel au décor moderne et épuré. Le chef propose une cuisine créative inspirée de saveurs japonaises. Les plats sont délicats et goûteux, très bien présentés et l'expérience ne serait pas la même sans l'accueil de Jacinto, très professionnel et chaleureux à la fois ! Merci mille fois pour ce moment !

The hotel is very nice, albeit small European rooms. However the amenities are premium and the staff (particularly Jacinto) are polite, helpful and keep things light and fun! The location has an epic view of the Eiffel Tower out the front door, and is incredibly convenient to the metro station Trocadero

Une expérience d’anniversaire parfaite !

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel dans le cadre d’un cadeau d’anniversaire, incluant l’accès au spa, un massage relaxant et un repas complet (entrée, plat et dessert). Tout était parfaitement orchestré du début à la fin. Un immense merci à Mr Jacinto, qui nous a accompagnés tout au long : attentionné, chaleureux et très professionnel, il a su rendre l’expérience encore plus agréable. Le cadre est reposant, les soins de qualité et le repas délicieux. Une parenthèse de bien-être que nous n’oublierons pas !

Beautiful Hotel in the 16th district. Very walkable to the Trocadero, Eiffel tour and Arc d'Triumph . The very best, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful front desk staff I ever has the pleasure of meeting. All front desk staff including Sergio made us feel at home. We had a room that allowed a direct view of the Eiffel tower and were able to look out our window to see the "twinkling " on the hour at 10 pm. If your room does not afford that view, no worries as if you walk out the main entrance turn right for 4 steps you have a perfect view as well. Many restaurants within minutes. Bake shops, Monoprix grocery and Pharmacies within a street or two away.|Highly recommended

I had a great experience at Le Metropolitan. As soon as we walked in, Sergio at the front was incredibly helpful, going through a map of the city with us and giving us great recommendations. The entire time, the staff was very welcoming and attentive. They went out of their way to accommodate me and my family. Also, this hotel was in a great spot, just a short walk to the Eiffel Tower. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Buyer beware, the rooms are VERY small. I know it's Paris, but still. There is no place you can open your suitcase and leave it open. They are proud of their upgrade with a balcony (no furniture to sit) and a view. Who cares. Also, the larger bathroom. Who cares, all I need is a sink, Toilet, shower. Larger rooms were available but I was repeatedly told my Marriott status wasn't good enough to receive one, despite no incoming reservations. It was to be a one night, less than 15 hour stay. Management is nonexistent. Not on site. Doesn't respond to phone call attempts or text messages. Checked in and immediately checked out. Still charged me Euros 560. Probably worst overall customer service from a Marriott property in decades. Note, the same team seems to operate another nearby Marriott, the Dokhan (or such spelling). Never again. Management reply stating they have Management on site every day and weekends, does not give with my experience. When I asked to speak with a manager, front desk team told me no manager was on-site, nor available. I asked if they could be contacted. Agent sent a message. No reply after several minutes. I asked if they could be reached by telephone. Agent said they would try. Leaving a voicemail and sending text messages resulted in no reply. When I called the morning of April 14, I was told again, no manager on site until later in the day.

This hotel played an important role in my trip to Paris. It is a great place to go to the Eiffel Tower. It was even better to see the Eiffel Tower from the hotel. The staff was kind and had a good smile and were willing to help customers if they wanted. The rooms are clean, cozy and quiet. The interior is awsome. I only had really good memories in this hotel.

I stayed in the hotel during the Easter holiday. From the receptionist (Spanish guy) to Jacinto, Ahmed, Benja and everyone else, this place is a must go.||Extremely friendly, well located and with a gorgeous restaurant, I definitely recommend the stay! ||They don’t have a gym, but they give you a voucher for a really nice one 5 minutes away! You are also 10m from Eiffel Tower and 15m from Arc of Triumph!!! ||It is a beautiful property and again, I really recommend it

Stayed here with my 9 year old daughter for a girls trip. The hotel and staff were absolutely lovely. The location was perfect for us, walking distance to almost everything we wanted to do, and easy access to metro otherwise. Scenic plaza with a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. I’ve been to Paris a few times before but this was by far the most pleasant stay.

A huge thanks to all of the front desk staff (Omran, Louise and truly, everyone st the hotel were exceptional) we loved our stay. Thank you!

Well first. There was a malfunctions the key sultans we had to be escorted to our room. No indication about when it would be fixed. It took a day. When checking in with our escort we had to step over a food tray with leftover food. The next day the tray was still there. I had to ask them to remove it. Breakfast had one server. When a large group came in. It was hard to get service. The fireplace in the lounge did not work for several days. The evening service was shoddy at best. Too long stories to get into. Asked for olives with my drink. No olives. Asked for cocktail olives. Got cut up white and red onions. My wife is still laughing. Sent pictures home hilarious. Hey I’m lifetime titanium elite and this has to be my second worst experience. Once had to wait till 6 pm to check in at Cherokee nc Marriott because no cleaning crew. My wife and I would leave early moryand back late evening because there was nothing to attract us to the hotel. Wow what a bummer. In my many years of Marriott. This is my first negative review. Come on I’m in Paris. Oh by the way my Martins with sliced onions costs 30 euros. Wow imagine if I got olives

The room was so tiny. No mirrors in the room. Limited storage. The large windows were great to let some cool air in because the air conditioner does not produce cool air below a certain temperature

Hôtel fantastique. Très bien situé dans le 16ème arrondissement. J'y ai passé 15 nuits au cours du mois dernier. L'équipe de service du petit déjeuner était incroyable. Toujours aimable et se souvient de ce que j'ai commandé. Un excellent début de journée !

Je suis venu ici pour l'anniversaire de ma fille ! Ils ont amélioré notre chambre pour que nous puissions avoir une meilleure vue sur la tour Eiffel ! La chambre était propre et bien rangée, des bouteilles d'eau fraîches chaque jour et le personnel était adorable ! Rien à redire ! Nous reviendrons ! Cet hôtel est un fantastique hôtel boutique de la famille Marriott, les chambres sont plus petites qu'un hôtel américain mais charmantes et bien équipées, cafetière Kuerig, bouteilles d'eau, mini réfrigérateur, peignoir et pantoufles à votre disposition. Tous les employés ont fourni un service 10 étoiles ! Khaled, qui est très qualifié pour gérer la réception, a fait un effort supplémentaire et s'est rendu dans un magasin spécialisé pour moi afin de trouver un article spécial que je n'arrivais pas à trouver lors de mes voyages d'achats. Khaled a pris sur son temps libre pour faire cela pour moi, un client régulier ! Il est très qualifié et devrait être promu directeur général ! Le bar et le hall d'entrée sont adorables et Gen et Azazur font les meilleurs cocktails fraîchement préparés. Même le service de chambre a été rapide et orienté vers les détails, offrant un service de retour à la maison le soir. La salle de bains était bien équipée avec un grand lavabo en pierre, une douche avec une cloison en verre et des toilettes. Les lits sont ultra confortables, la chambre est calme, sans bruit de la circulation extérieure et proche de tout, musées, métro, restaurants, magasins. La fenêtre s'ouvre pour laisser passer l'air frais le matin, ce que les hôtels américains n'offrent pas. C'est la deuxième fois que je viens ici et je reviendrai ! Service personnalisé fantastique de la part de Khaled et de tout le personnel !
