This hotel is great value for its wonderful location. The rooms are simple and modern. They felt clean and the shower was great.
We had a friendly welcome from Adele (I hope that’s correct!) on arrival and he was so helpful and lovely throughout the duration of our stay. His customer service is an asset to the hotel!

I do not know where to start. Was greeted with the most hospitable welcoming upon arrival. Service at the hotel is exceptional. Whatever I asked for was dealt with immediately with a positive attitude and a smile. Location location location there is nothing to talk about absolutely premium.
Rooms are impeccably clean and practical with a fairly decent size, considering other hotels in Paris the best value for money. Thank you so much for everything.

My stay at the Hotel Plais De Chaillot was quite memorable. I arrived from the airport before the check in time and since I was running late for a meeting the staff at the hotel were very helpful and understanding. They provided me with a room to change and freshen up and safe storage for my bags as I had to ran off to my meeting. They even gave me directions to where my meeting was and called me a cab. The entire team was friendly, welcoming and very helpful, always going the extra mile to make me feel at home.
I also got a lovely room, well maintained ,clean and impeccable not to mention the huge shower and the additional toiletries, grooming kit (including a sewing kit! how thoughtful).
The breakfast was also delicious, with a variety of selections not to mentioned the evening coffee and snacks that was waiting for the the guests at the dinning areas after a long day at the meetings,.

This is the best stay I had in Paris, worthy every penny, affordable and close to all major attraction sites like Eiffel tower, Arc and within minutes walk to the metro station. I am happy to have discovered a gem, will be back!.
I would highly recommend!!! Home away from Home!

Schönes Hotel, in direkter Nähe zum Eiffelturm und des Triumphbogen. Zimmer sind zwar klein aber sehr sauber. Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet.
Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Werden wieder kommen.

I arrived early, 11am, I was told I had to pay a 50Euro fee for early check-in enter the room early because the hotel had to rush to clean a room, as soon as I agreed to a fee, I was given a room that was already ready with in 2 mins, so I felt this was just an expensive fee grab. When I walked in the night before leaving, I was asked if I needed a taxi, I said yes, the hotel arranged a private taxi at 2X the normal rate to take me to the train station. Beware of extra Fees at this hotel !!! They are not understanding of international travelers, I don't recommend.

I had a great stay at Hotel Palais de Chaillot! It has a great location, within walking distance from Eiffel Tower and Arc De Triomphe, and from the metro station. You can also get uber very easily within reasonable price to get other major landmarks including Louvre and D'Orsay. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars nearby as well. My room was clean (no bed bugs) and quiet and as a solo traveler, I felt safe throughout my stay. The reception staff were super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want to be close to major landmarks.

Hotel has excellent location. Very new to Trocadero and Eifel Tower , as well as to Arc de Triumph.
Staff was very friendly and assisted us in every single request. Special thanks to them for this.
Rooms were clean but a little bit small as usual in Paris. Breakfast is not something special but everyone will find something for them.
Nice Bistros and Restaurants are near so another advantage !
Will definitely return there in future.

Personale super carino e gentile! Hanno provato anche a parlare la nostra lingua! Davvero simpaticissimi e molto cordiali! Colazione molto buona. Stanza piccola ma ben pulita. Ottima posizione a 5m a piedi da Trocadero e 6/7m a piedi dalla torre Eiffel! Unica pecca: la moquette! Assorbe troppa polvere e per le persone allergiche agli acari come me è orribile!
