Camere minuscole. Qualità prezzo eccessivo rispetto ai servizi offerti. Dopo check in non danno più neanche la bottiglietta d’acqua. Inoltre abbiamo messo 6 su 10 su Booking ed hanno iniziato un’attività di spamming via email.

we loved our stay here, the staff were so helpful friendly and spoke english which helped a lot! sad our massage wasn’t booked in for the day we wanted but the staff were so apologetic and rebooked for the next day just we were unable to make that one. but the complimentary wine was well recieved

My stay at Félicien was short however contained many flaws. Upon arrival, I was told my room would not be ready for another 6 hours. I understand the rooms take time to be cleaned, however I would have preferred to be informed of an appropriate check-in time in which I could have gone straight to my assigned room. Prior to arriving at the hotel, I rechecked the reviews - as i had booked this hotel and read them a while ago. From the reviews I was made aware of an €100 deposit which is compulsory at check-in. This money is transferred back when checking out however just keep this in mind when budgeting. One of the many reasons I booked this hotel was for the spa facilities. To my surprise, the hot tub and other facilities seen in the websites photos are only for the suite residents and are not to be used by other hotel members. Overall, there are many things I would have wished to be made aware of prior to booking this hotel, however the rooms were tidy and the staff were very helpful. Its surrounding areas are very quiet and it is a beautiful 30 minute walk over to the Eiffel Tower. Would recommend for a short stay however ensure to read both good and bad reviews first!

Bien pour le professionnel. Accessibilité à pied pour dîner parfait. Un peu loin des quartiers plus vivants de Paris. Séjour pour Salon porte de Versailles, donc bon emplacement à un prix correct.

Great location, but lots of turnover at the reception with a lack of communication between the staff (we specifically went to the reception to cancel the SPA reservation but still they called us 2 times in our room and knock 2 times at our door to tell us we had a SPA reservation…) and definitely not enough space to hang clothes especially in the tiny bathroom (if you hang the bathrobes behind the bathroom door it touches the toilet seat if you leave it in the wardrobe you don’t have room anymore to hang your clothes…).
