Une grosse déception, pas de prise en compte de notre demande de remplacement à une autre date. Bloqués dans les embouteillages à cause d'une manifestation. Nous avons téléphoné pour prévenir. Nous avons réglé 340€ dans leur poche sans aucune prestation en face. Heureusement que le Jules Verne nous a accueilli sans réservation pour que nous puissions célébrer notre future union. Le personnel du Jules Verne a été impeccable face à notre désarroi. Il faut quand même faire la part des choses entre les personnes qui ne viennent pas sans prévenir et ceux qui sont dans l'embarras et qui font le nécessaire.

However, I noticed that the dress code policy was not consistently observed by all guests. Some diners were dressed very casually, which created a noticeable contrast for those of us who followed the expected attire guidelines. This made it slightly uncomfortable, especially when explaining the dress code expectations to friends. A clearer enforcement of the policy could help enhance the overall dining atmosphere.
Furthermore, I observed that some of the service staff appeared rather reserved and lacked warmth in their interactions. While the service was efficient, a more welcoming and engaging demeanor—especially with friendly smiles—would greatly enhance the experience and align with the premium pricing of the dining experience.
Despite these aspects, I truly appreciated the wonderful food and views, which made the evening memorable. I hope my feedback is helpful in refining the overall guest experience. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to visiting again.
