Nous avons eu le plaisir de découvrir le restaurant Pages pour un déjeuner, et ce fut une expérience inoubliable. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons apprécié l’ambiance décontractée qui nous met immédiatement à l’aise. On se sent bien, loin des atmosphères parfois trop formelles, ce qui rend le moment encore plus agréable.
L’endroit est petit, calme et intimiste. Installés à une table face à la cuisine, nous avons eu le privilège de voir l’équipe cuisiner sous nos yeux. Observer leur précision et leur savoir-faire ajoute une dimension particulière au repas.
Tous les plats étaient parfaits, une véritable démonstration de maîtrise et de créativité. Les techniques japonaises, alliées à une cuisine d’exception, apportent des saveurs subtiles et un équilibre remarquable. Chaque assiette est une vraie réussite.
Un grand merci pour l’accueil chaleureux et attentionné, et bravo à toute l’équipe pour ce travail exceptionnel. Nous recommandons sans hésitation et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Des plats délicieux, équilibrés, travaillés aussi bien visuellement que gustativement, un bon service, tout ce qu'on attend d'un gastronomique. Aucune fausse note ! Excellent !

We went here for lunch. Had high hopes for the Michelin rated restaurant. I was a little disappointed. Nothing really appealed to me and nothing jumped out as wow! There were also a few problems. The fish with the single mini clam, I almost had to spit out the clam because it was so fishy. The fish was ok…. The meat dish was strange, I don’t know which part of the cow this was from, but it had so much tendons and so much fat, didn’t get much out of it. Though the little I was able to carve out it did have a nice smoky flavor. We chose the four course prefix because our stomach hasn’t adjusted to the time zone and couldn’t eat that much which was technically our breakfast. There were some chips on the table. Unique. Liked them. The mushroom ravioli was ok. The first vegetable dish was meh. The dessert was ok. We were in a hurry by this time. If we had more time and our stomach was time adjusted, would have wanted to try the A5 wagyu for an extra $50. They gave different cutlery for each dish. Their service was up to Michelin standards. There is a single bathroom with a Japanese bidet. Would love to give this place another try next time we are in Paris.

I had never been to a Michelin star restaurant before, and honestly had no idea what to expect. I had made a reservation for two, but my friend was sick & unable to make it. The host was very understanding & adjusted to the situation.
Inside, the ambience was incredible. It felt so welcoming & warm, with everyone being so inviting. I had wondered about dress code for a restaurant like this, but was welcomed in wearing nice pants & a designer t-shirt. It felt very comfortable.
The service & food was astounding. It was easily the best meal of my life. It was about 2 1/2 to 3 hours total to get through all the courses. It was an incredible experience, and I can’t thank the amazing staff or the incredibly talented chefs enough. The love for food & the unmistakable care for guests oozes out of Pages

The food:
Amuse-bouche: A flavor profile of cardboard.
Scallop: One slice of one stale, dry scallop sliced into tiny pieces to increase its volume.
Fish: Monkfish - Seriously!? The cheapest form of fish in a Euro 175 pp tasting menu!
Lobster: The only Michelin quality dish on the tasting menu. Solid execution. Sauce made of lobster shells and innards.
Chicken: As my companion described it, the chicken came straight from the white meat isle at Costco.
Beef: An extremely strange and flavorless cut. Dense, chewy, inedible. We left most of it after struggling with the first bite.
The chef:
Spent his entire evening with a Japanese couple seated across the kitchen from him in the center of the restaurant and was barely in the kitchen.
The service:
Decent by Paris standards though, very strangely, we ordered the 8-course menu but were served the 6-course menu without any explanation.
