Terrible service experience. We came to the café, there were no available tables, so we ordered matcha to go. We waited for 20 minutes, only to find out the waitress had completely forgotten our order. When I finally asked about it, she just turned around and walked away without saying a word. I tried to speak to her again — she ignored me.

Then another waiter came and told us we couldn’t stand in the hallway. We explained we were waiting for our order that had been ignored for 20 minutes. He tried to help, but when I told him the service was terrible, he replied, “No, the service isn’t terrible, the waitress is just new.” I said, “That’s not my problem — I’m a paying guest expecting good food and decent service.” He just shrugged and said, “Yeah, terrible service.”

Absolutely unprofessional, disrespectful, and disorganized. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
