Un accueil froid, un service à discuter.
Si on n'aime pas voir le public, il ne faut pas travailler dans un restaurant. La personne a la caisse me parle comme si j'étais insignifiant, et le préparateur jette le shawarma sur le comptoir. Je lui demande un sac il fait la tête.
Heureusement une troisième personne est arrivée, un peu plus aimable et serviable.
J'ai demandé un shawarma viande, on m'a remis un shawarma poulet (voir photos)
Je n'étais pas venu depuis un moment, et je pense ne rien avoir manqué
The service was another major disappointment. First, the prices are outrageously high (1 portion for 32€) . We opted for two portions of mloukhiye for four people because we heard the portions were generous and we weren’t that hungry. When we mentioned this to the waiter, he gave us a judgmental look. He then brought only two plates, so we asked for two more, which clearly annoyed him, and he shot us another unfriendly glance.
As Lebanese diners, we usually expect much better service when visiting a Lebanese restaurant, but this experience fell far below our expectations. The four of us felt genuinely uncomfortable and unwelcome throughout our meal. We left as soon as we finished eating. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
