Despite the impending closure of their lunch service in just 15 minutes, a young woman warmly accommodated our party. We opted for the pigeon tagine and the cous cous, which was accompanied by a delectable assortment of meats. Additionally, they brought us a selection of pickled vegetables and fresh bread. The service was impressively swift, and every dish was bursting with exquisite flavors.
For those seeking a satisfying, post-exploration meal, I wholeheartedly recommend making a stop at Essaouira.
