Location is great. Room is pretty small. Breakfast was very good. The only real problem was the fact that the room temperature was pretty low.

Very small room in very small hotel with very small elevator. Add to that fire alarm at 1 AM because someone took a shower. And let’s not forget the WiFi which was so bad you could not even read email. Paid over 300 euro for this room …

Hôtel choisi pour sa proximité avec mes rendez vous professionnels, chambre propre mais pas très grande, un peu bruyant quand les personnes rentrent tard le soir.
Petit déjeuner un peu chiche sur la qualité des produits, à mon sens pas en rapport avec le prix payé.
Personnel souriant et disponible, accueil très agréable.
Parties communes vieillissantes.

The room was infested with bed bugs, making the entire trip awful. At midnight, we went to complain. The receptionist, who initially gave a fake name, threatened to call the police instead of helping. He suggested changing the room or sheets (which doesn't help when the entire hotel is filthy), claimed to be texting the manager but was actually texting a colleague, and refused to call the manager, saying, “the manager is sleeping.” I spent the rest of the night in the bathroom to avoid being bitten. At 8 a.m., I learned from the morning shift guy that the nightshift receptionist had lied about his name and the manager’s schedule.
The manager came to the hotel at 10 a.m. He was helpful and got me a refund, but I left without sleeping and had to book another hotel.
PS. The awful nightshift receptionist's real name is Carlos.
