The hotel fell far short of expectations. In spite of reserving a room with a shower I was given one with a bathtub. They were only able to change it the next day. The air conditioning did not work and they lied saying it was working. The rooms were not properly cleaned. There was no stand to put your bags. Jasper and Josselyn at reception were smiling and charming but were unable to help in real time.

Muy cómodo el apartamento, la habitación era amplia y el comedor adecuado para 2 personas. Lo que sí fue un inconveniente es que no hablan español por lo que les sugiero hagan uso de algún traductor mediante App de móvil o similar. Por lo demás, todo muy bien. Muy buena ubicación.

The bed was comfortable. After 9 days we had to ask for the room to be cleaned & sheets to be changed. The shower drain had a sickening smell which we complained about but nothing was done. Coffee was available in the breakfast room near the lobby, but you had to take your cup from the room (to save the environment) & there was no milk after breakfast finished. Would never stay there again.

La ubicación es perfecta para visitar la ciudad, más aún si dispones de pocos días, ya que tienes muchos lugares importantes a poca distancia caminando. La atención ha sido muy buena, todo el personal muy amable. Instalaciones buenas y muy limpias. Camas muy cómodas, incluso el sofá cama, sin ruidos por la noche. Sin duda volvería a este aparthotel si vuelvo a París.

Plusieurs petits points négatif pour la chambre car le rideau ne se fermai pas totalement au niveau de l angle donc toute la soirée, nuit et matinée de la lumière en plein sur le visage tres désagréable..
Notre Chambre en rez-de-chaussée donc tres bruyant dommage !
On entendait les bruits des bols et couverts des petits déjeuner qui ont ete pris tres tôt ainsi que les conversations des clients qui parlait fort...
Réceptionniste (brune avec des lunettes) tres poli, tres professionnelle mais par contre vraiment dommage un visage tres froid PAS UN SOURIRE tout le long des explications durant le séjour..
