I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience feel warm and personal. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had a cozy yet modern design that made it very comfortable.
The only small downside was the noise isolation — I could clearly hear people talking on the street below, which might be a consideration for light sleepers.
Overall, though, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider coming back!

Hôtel magnifique et de très haut niveau.

Aération très bruyante dans la salle de bain, impossible a baisser ..assez gênant pour dormir ..

We were booked to go and stay there for a few days but a couple days before our stay the hotel emailed and said they needed us to email them a photo of our credit card within 24 hours or they would cancel our booking. Then they cancelled our booking and we were left with nowhere to stay.
It is ridiculous to only give 24 hours to do this as not everyone checks their emails so often, especially if they are on holiday, which we were. It is also very unprofessional to ask this just a couple days before we arrive, if they had done this months ago when we had first booked it would have given us much more time to find somewhere else.
It is also completely unreasonable to ask someone to send a photo of their credit card in an email, in this age of so many scams and phish attacks. We had no way to know if the email was truly from the hotel or if it was a scam. I understand that in the past hotels may have operated like this but in this day and age there is no excuse to ask for this and no hotel has ever asked this of me before.
