We were excited for our stay at Hotel Wallace given what we had read but felt as if we were staying at a budget hotel rather than a four star boutique hotel. A number of the amenities advertised online were not available (no hot tub anymore, bar closed off one night), and simple requests like help with dinner reservations at non-exclusive restaurants and having the towels switched in our room either did not happen or took over 24 hours. The stars we did give are for cleanliness and location.

Un véritable coup de cœur pour cet hôtel ! L’équipe est vraiment aux petits soins du début à la fin. Un grand merci pour les petites attentions ! Le petit déjeuner est vraiment top, mention spéciale aux pâtisseries maisons ???? Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Super séjour dans ce joli hôtel. Staff aux quatre petits soins, jolies chambres, bon petit dejeuner. A tester les yeux fermés.

Got a single room and paid 300€ per night without breakfast. The room is tiny, faces the street on ground level so people walk by constantly. Booked this through Hyatt platform but it’s an independent hotel. I wouldn’t recommend.

After we complained we were initially told there was no other room - a little later we were given room no. 9 - or rather a cave without a window (there was a pane of glass to the corridor) - the problem was the extremely poor ventilation. The room was 25-28 degrees Celsius at all times and smelled musty. And the bed was 1.90 meters, with another 10 cm pushed under the headboard.
The worst hotel in a long time!
