Bien placé un accueil convivial un petit déjeuner très correct. Une chambre petite, mais c'est indiqué à la réservation. Un lounge accueillant avec boissons et pâtisseries gratuits !

Avevamo delle buone aspettative ma siamo rimasti subito delusi dalla camera assegnata: molto buia e con una finestra su un piccolo cortile angusto (mezza finestra oltretutto aveva subito un muro davanti). Abbiamo chiesto immediatamente di poter cambiare camera e fortunatamente siamo stati accontentati. Dimenticavo che appena arrivate, uscendo dall'ascensore abbiamo trovato i sacchi della biancheria in mezzo al corridoio e non riuscendo a passare (i corridoi sono molto stretti) abbiamo chiesto ad un inserviente se potesse gentilmente spostarli ma lei non è stata molto gentile.
Ci hanno dato una camera migliore ma purtroppo la parte esterna della doccia non era molto pulita. Inoltre il doccino non stava al suo posto ed era difficile farsi la doccia dovendolo tenere in mano. Come se non bastasse ci poi siamo accorti che il lavandino si riempiva di acqua ogni volta che ci si lavava le mani o i denti...il giorno dopo hanno sistemato il tutto.
La colazione è discreta ma il primo giorno siamo arrivati nella sala alle 9h50 e la signora ci ha subito detto in un modo non molto educato che dovevamo sbrigarci perché entro 10 minuti avrebbe sbarazzato tutto! Non mi era mai successo..
Oltretutto era rimasto davvero poco da mangiare. Per fortuna gli altri giorni c'erano altri addetti più professionali e il buffet era migliore.
Gli addetti alla reception sono invece stati gentili e disponibili per fortuna..
Per quello che abbiamo speso non è all'altezza e non ci tornerò.

Tive uma ótima experiência nesta hospedagem. A localização é excelente, com fácil acesso ao metrô, mercados, padarias e loja de conveniência. O quarto era muito limpo, com cama e travesseiros confortáveis, o que garantiu boas noites de sono.|Os funcionários foram sempre muito atenciosos. Um detalhe que gostei bastante foi a disponibilidade de água, café, chá e bolo na recepção, o que faz toda diferença no retorno ao hotel após os passeios.|O café da manhã, apesar de simples, era saboroso. O espaço onde é servido é pequeno e alguns itens demoravam a ser repostos quando acabavam, mas no geral, foi uma boa experiência.||Recomendo e me hospedaria novamente

I wanted to thank Marina and her team for looking after my 17yr old daughter who travelled with her friend weekend 17th until 19th May 2025. We were worried as they are young, but they were really well looked after by the staff at the hotel. They had an amazing time and I'm sure they will return when they visit Paris again.

Je n’ai manqué de rien pendant mon séjour.
Personnels très agréables et disponibles, le petit-déjeuner été copieux et pour tout les goûts ! Quelques options sans gluten sur demande auprès du personnelle en salle, qui est toujours disponible aussi au(x) besoins !

personnel très disponible et sympathique.
Petit déjeuner varié et qualitatif. Toilette à part de la salle de bain.
Le bémol : poignée de fenêtre détériorée et volet ne se ferme pas complètement. Pas de prise dans salle de bain.

The hotel is stylish and chic, with free waters, coffee , selection of tea to greet and use through out your stay. Beds are comfy , great location, my room with a balcony had a view of a romantic Paris building. The breakfast was good with great coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice. But I’m here to talk about how amazing the service was !! Valeria and Marina were the BEST EVER !! Just an amazing duo !! I needed early check in and the ladies accommodated me with smiles, I got lost and they helped me navigate the city, I didn’t know where to eat and they shared their favorite close spots. Everything I needed or wanted for my comfort these two mademoiselles were so happy to help me with ❤️, I felt like I was being serviced by my two best friends, and made my Paris trip alone exceptionally great, and I was at a home away from home. I would go back to Paris just to be in their care again ! Do not hesitate to book this place and ask for them ????. I could not of had a better trip in Paris without their utmost care, consideration and dare I say love. Thank you again Marina and Valerie

Un endroit agréable, relativement bon marché, pratique pour un séjour de courte durée, très bien situé et un petit déjeuner gratuit assez bon.
Chambres un peu étroites, personnel assez froid. dans l'ensemble, excellent rapport qualité/prix pour un hôtel économique.

En plus de son emplacement très pratique pour les visiteurs, l'accueil et le service sont parfaits et le personnel est très serviable.
C'est toujours agréable d'être accueilli par une personne courtoise et qui se met en quatre pour répondre à vos besoins ou régler vos problèmes.
Tarif et prestations de la chambre conformes au standards des hôtels ibis, rien à redire !
