La première fois la chambre était bien (spacieuse et jolie)
La deuxième fois la chambre était petite et la salle de douche était petite aussi et surtout gros problème d'évacuation de l'eau dans la douche. J'ai dû prendre ma douche en deux temps car l'eau de s'evacuait pas et ça allait se terminer en piscine dans la chambre.
Pour le prix j'ai été très déçu !!!
Et quand j'en ai parlé à la réceptionniste, elle m'a regardé d'un air meprisant en disant désolée par contre elle est vite partie vérifier la chambre pour me rendre ma caution. Même ça j'ai trouvé hallucinant de demander une caution pour une chambre d'hôtel alors qu'on a déjà payé sa chambre à l'avance.

I booked this hotel in a package with a holiday company to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary - room, flights, transfer.

First day we arrived, we paid the extra to upgrade to wrath room plus expensive city tax which is not advertised on their site a charge.

The rest of our trip started off lovely by staff leaving us a note wishing us a happy anniversary however it goes down hill from there. Once in our room we spotted it was very dirty - dust everywhere and hair all over the bathroom. I flagged this with the receptionist and said we would be happy to pay extra to be upgraded to a different floor. I’m not certain if it was crossed wires or not but we did swap rooms to a room on the same floor which she called an upgrade! Looked the same - if anything smaller than the previous small room we were given however it was clean so I guess it was an upgrade.

We included cocktails with our booking so after the room ordeal we figured now would be a great time to get those and finally get relaxing however this didn’t go to plan. Cocktails are made using an iPad that didn’t wanna work and staff that don’t really seemed trained in using this system because while she really did try and was extremely apologetic throughout the process it took over 35mins to get them. You can order room service using the QR code and while I was trying to suss out the system online I accidentally ordered 2 more - however these ones were far better.

Room is quite stuffy and the air con system is loud. They aren’t as sound proofed as you would think as every time another guest flushed a toilet you could hear it! However they do have black out curtains and good windows and bed was comfy so a sleep in is easy to achieve.

We did try the steam room and that bit was lovely! Really recommend trying that if you still book once I’ve finished my review.

On our last night after a busy day getting souvenirs we headed into town to eat. I noticed we got an email about checkout. Hotel was trying to charge us again for the room (which I’d paid already), 2 breakfasts that we never ordered or got. City tax and theme upgrade were mentioned but subtracted from the bill as we paid those when we arrived. The stress we endured on the way back to the hotel was horrible - only for it to be brushed off by a man who I’m pretty certain still thought we owed for breakfast because on his system we didn’t owe for the room.

I’ve read through the reviews since staying and I’m not alone. The hotel responses seem to not accept responsibility or blame their customers. We all can’t be wrong.

I’m not certain how 4* hotels are rated in France but where I’m from I’ve stayed in better 2*. Do yourself a favour - don’t be drawn in like me by the fancy themes - it’s not worth the price tag!!

Si je pouvais mettre 0 au service. Je fais une réservation et téléphone pour avoir des informations sur notre chambre, le réceptionniste, à part bégayer et me dire «ouais » ne sait pas faire autre chose. Bref, une fois sur place, je dois réserver une seconde chambre dans la nuit (il était pratiquement 5h du matin). Je lui demande donc une chambre supplémentaire et il me dit qu’il ne sait rien faire, et donc qu’il ne peut rien pour moi. J’ai dû patienter jusqu’à 7h du matin qu’une personne compétente prenne le relais. En attendant ces longues 2heures en pleine nuit, les notifications de sms défilent, le téléphone est bien évidement tous sauf en muet, et l’écouter mâcher son chewing-gum d’une manière à ce que ressentiez qu’il ne vous respecte pas. Entre les bulles qu’il faisait exploser dans sa bouche et son téléphone qu’il ne lâchait pas tout ça en ayant le son actif.
Expérience très désagréable.

Una estancia buena .. experiencia bonita ..tengo que resaltar lo bien que nos trataron tanto la chica de recepción super amable y de nuevo Erika fantástica ..se esforzó mucho por hablar español y eso es un detallazo ..de diez ..muy bien ubicado el distrito muy recomendado ..bonitos días

Camere belle e particolari. Dotate di tutti i comfort. La struttura di per sé é bella. Il personale non molto disponibile e competente in quanto non ci hanno fornito in fase di checkin informazioni sulla colazione, sul checkout, ne ci hanno fornito la password. Totalmente assente e inutile. Al piano - 1 ho scoperto esserci la sauna grazie a me perché il personale non ci ha fornito neanche questa info. Tassa di soggiorno elevata, deposito comprensibile. Abbiamo girato la città in autonia perché lo staff non ci ha spiegato nulla neanche in tal senso. Per fortuna la struttura si regge in piedi da sola. Difetto del bagno é che non ha né la finestra né aspiratore. Posizionato nei pressi della metro e di tutti gli altri servizi. Distante dal centro. Zona tranquilla e residenziale
