Experiencia excelente no hotel. Recepcionistas super cortezes (tinha uma que falava até português, o que facilitou a comunicação). A localização também é boa, próximo a mercados, restaurantes e das estações do metrô, além de ser possível chegar a torre eiffel a pé, com menos de 10 minutos de caminhada.

Sarei dovuto andare ad Aprile 2025 in questa struttura. Mancanza di flessibilità in una situazione straordinaria. Purtroppo la mia esperienza con l'Hotel France Eiffel non è stata positiva. A causa della cancellazione improvvisa del treno che mi avrebbe portato a Parigi, non ho potuto raggiungere la struttura. Nonostante abbia tentato di spiegare la situazione eccezionale e chiedere un cambio di date, la gestione dell'hotel ha ribadito che le condizioni di prenotazione non prevedevano alcuna eccezione per caso fortuito o forza maggiore. Mi aspettavo maggiore comprensione e flessibilità, soprattutto considerando che eventi di questa natura sono imprevedibili e fuori dal controllo del cliente. La mancanza di collaborazione mi ha deluso profondamente. Spero che in futuro mostrino più attenzione per situazioni straordinarie

The hotel is very basic, I wouldn't give it three stars, at most two stars. The hotel smelled, the room they gave us was not the one we wanted and had booked. Everything is old, it smells, you can hear everything in the room, like the neighbors talking, and the beds creak. When we told the staff that we wanted our money back because we didn’t get the room we wanted and it wasn’t at all like in the photos, they were reluctant to support us and weren't friendly.

"Yes, of course, you refunded the money in one night. But here I’m writing about my impressions. I repeat again that on that day, your reception area smelled!!! Secondly, the bathroom was dirty when we arrived, but the next morning when we came to you and went in with the lady working at the reception, the bathroom was already clean!!

The Russian-speaking lady at the reception who was there when we came in the morning was very unpleasant, condescending, and didn't want to listen, finishing our sentences – 'Oh, okay, we understand.'
What kind of conversation is this with a client?
I have been working with clients for many years, and such a condescending conversation is unacceptable!!

The guy who was at the reception during the night when we checked in was pleasant. He told us to come back in the morning, and when we did, we met this condescending Russian-speaking lady!

I am writing this review as I see fit, because I have experience, period."
