Un hotel realmente hermoso en el distrito 15 de París, tenía mis dudas por la ubicación, pero en verdad eso no fue un problema, estábamos a pocos minutos caminando de la torre y la conexión con los metros es perfecta. El personal el un 1000 y el área de comedor es encantadora. Solo podría decir q la ducha es muy pequeña, pero no fue un problema para nosotros

very nice hotel, you can see that the reception and rooms have been renovated, the rooms are small but clean and tidy, in the room apart from the bed there are bedside tables, a few hangers, a desk, a safe and a small portable mirror (perfect for women who put on make-up) the bathroom is small but sufficient - shower, towels, soap and shower gel (for hair and body). near the hotel there are two Carrefour markets, cafes and bars. To the Eiffel Tower 20 minutes on foot, to the metro station line 6 (5 min) to line 8 (6 minutes). Safe area, you can walk freely at night. I highly recommend this hotel

My friend left an ítem behind after checking out , she has been calling to pick it up. They took more than 4 days to answer calls and emails and supposably “didint” find the ítem. Don’t leave anything behind because they will not return it to you!

I had an extremely unpleasant and unsettling experience at this hotel.
First of all, before check-in, I tried to contact the hotel via email and phone for several weeks to confirm the possibility of staying on a higher floor (the price was the same). However, I received no response at all. When they finally replied, they simply told me that it was not possible. I then asked, “Okay, when will such rooms be available? This is important to me.” – to which they responded “We don’t know”. This level of service is completely unacceptable.
But the worst part happened early in the morning at 7 AM while I was asleep in my room. I had locked the door from the inside, yet someone still opened it. They saw my belongings on the chair and quietly left.
Who was this? A staff member? Another guest? How did someone even have access to my locked room??
I felt completely unsafe and vulnerable. Clearly, guest security is not a priority at this hotel. This was an absolutely unacceptable experience, and I would never recommend staying here.
