Impresentable!! El hotel bien, la recepcionista de los días 1 y 2 de Marzo 2025 por la mañana, muy mal educada. Primero que no habla Español, así que o sabes francés o inglés, o tendrás serios problemas. Además sin identificar, no sabes con quien hablas. Además nos hizo esperar 60 minutos de pie y sin decirnos ni 1 palabra, para hacer el checkin. A los 10 minutos de haber llegado, cogió una llamada y se tiró 50 minutos hablando, sin hacernos el más mínimo caso, ni si quiera disculparse, ni indicarnos que tardaría, ni nada de nada. Le dijimos que en nuestra vida nos habían tratado tan mal, y se limitó a decir que el checkin era las 15h y no antes... vaya, ni un saludo, ni una disculpa, ni un "vayan a dar un paseo mientras tanto, que tardaré". Nada de nada, muy maleducada y muy poco profesional para estar en la recepción de un hotel. 1 hora de pie y esperando y dirigiéndose de malas maneras. Inadmisible.

I was really hesitant to book this hotel after reading some really negative reviews but I couldn’t be happier that I did! The room was absolutely beautiful, everything was very clean, absolutely more than enough space to move around the room. It is a boutique Parisian hotel room so yes it’s small compared to perhaps other hotels in other cities, but it’s more than enough for a couple visiting for a city break with a suitcase. We didn’t book the breakfast as we wanted to go out and explore and the location of this hotel makes that so so easy - lots of lime bikes around and easy to walk around but there is also the train right around the corner if needed.
The only critique would be; there is one gentleman on the front desk who isn’t very friendly or welcoming and he seems to do the late shift so isn’t always a nice welcome back. All other staff have been lovely, particularly Harold.
Secondly, they ask you to drop your key off before leaving the hotel which I don’t mind - but upon collection they don’t request any ID or anything like that which made my partner very uncomfortable.
Also, it would have been nice to have some sort of mini fridge to keep drinks and food in, not a deal breaker but would have been convenient.
However, all in all - I’d absolutely stay again!
