A disappointing experience, the one star I have given is for the room, view and location combined. Firstly, let me start off by saying this is hardly a hotel. More like a serviced apartment if you could even say that. If you think you are booking a normal hotel with 24/7 reception, you are wrong. They only have someone in the lobby from 8am-8pm. You are given a code to enter the building and your room, check in is online. They do not allow you to check in any time before 4pm even if you request earlier. So we left our luggage and went out. When we tried to contact the number and whatsapp many times, there was no answer. On the day we checked out the lady at the reception was refusing to keep our luggage in the lobby past 5pm despite stating in a whatsapp message that you can leave luggage in the lobby from 8am-8pm. Awful customer service and a complete lack of care! I would not return here again.

I had an incredible stay here at Sublim! I booked a suite and it was absolutely worth it. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and featured a large shower and a luxurious bathtub perfect for unwinding after a long day.
The highlight of my stay was the breathtaking Eiffel Tower view from my room. Even without a balcony, I truly enjoyed every moment of it. As it was my first time in Paris, I fully embraced the experience and appreciated the stunning scenery.
The receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring a seamless check-in process.
I would gladly stay here again, for comfort, great service, and an amazing Parisian view this hotel is a wonderful choice!

I stayed at this hotel about two weeks ago, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. On the second morning, after the room was cleaned, I noticed my nightdress had gone missing. I reported it to reception, asking them to check if it had been accidentally taken with the laundry. I received no update until I followed up myself.
The receptionist I spoke with seemed uninterested and unhelpful. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told he wasn’t available and they refused to provide his contact information. I was assured he would be informed and would reach out to me via email — but I’m still waiting to hear back.
It’s very disappointing that personal belongings can go missing and no one takes responsibility or even follows up. Guests should be aware that their items may not be safe.
Housekeeping was inconsistent. While the cleaning was fine when done, my room wasn’t cleaned at all for the last three nights, despite my request to at least have the towels changed.
The only positive aspect of my stay was one of the receptionists, Kahina, who was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. She stood out in an otherwise frustrating experience.
