Il personale dell'hotel é stato impeccabile e i servizi forniti sono stati da vero 4 stelle!||La stanza é un po' piccolina, ma cosí come indicato su booking. La pulizia e i servizi sono stati anche impeccabili. L'ingresso dell'hotel é di fronte alla fermata Volontaires della metro n. 12. Questo se da un lato é un'enorme comodità per gli spostamenti, di contro rende la camere (almeno al primo piano) un po' rumorosa per via delle vibrazioni che arrivano al passaggio della metro. A ció va aggiunto che la camera al primo piano era un po' rumorosa poiché si percepivano i rumori notturni.||Ricca e abbondante la colazione, anche se la scelta senza glutine é stata un po' limitata.||Infine, intorno all'hotel c'è anche una discreta scelta di locali e minimarket.

Très bien placé, métro de l'autre côté de la rue. Personnel aimable et à l'écoute. Chambre petite mais confortable et bien équipée, d'une propreté irréprochable. Accessoires de courtoisie de bonne qualité. Un peu bruyant à l'étage où j'étais (3eme). Pas d'avis sur le petit déjeuner que j'ai pris à l'extérieur

Camere pulite, ben strutturate, con tutti gli accessori e comode per due persone anche se piccoline, visto che abbiamo avuto difficoltà anche ad aprire le valigie grandi. Giova precisare a tale riguardo che il fatto che le camere siano piccole ci è pesato poco visto che siamo rimasti in hotel solo per dormire, avendo girato a lungo per Parigi, che i letti sono comodi e che l'hotel è silenzioso e, quindi, abbiamo riposato bene. L'hotel è in una posizione tranquilla, di fronte ad una fermata del metrò ed abbastanza vicino anche dalla Tour Eiffel, dove si può arrivare anche con una passeggiata di una ventina di minuti. Nota di merito per tutto il personale che è stato davvero gentile e disponibile. Colazione abbondante, varia e molto buona anche come qualità dei prodotti. La prossima volta che torneremo a Parigi è molto facile che soggiorneremo nuovamente in questo hotel.

Not worth it.
Only good thing was the lady who served the breakfast, and the guy who did the night our first two nights.
Also the place is in a good location, close to the metro station and all the top sights.

This place is listed as a four star hotel. Well stayed there for three nights, conclusion: definitely not four star.
Place is first of wall way to overpriced. Got an 'upgrade' that wasn't really an upgrade.
Rooms are small, but that's normal for Paris.
Bedroom is dense and the water pressure is off. No cold water anymore after you flush the toilet, until the watercloset is refilled. Yes also in the shower...
beds are good, slept fine.
View is awesome.
Breakfast is ok. Coffee is bad, bread is dry and hard, minimal choices.
Overall won't come back unless I won't be paying for a four star hotel....
