Firstly, the room had a strong odor and a lot of formaldehyde, The room started operating while it was still under construction ，but at first I only wanted to stay for one night and didn't mind. The next day, I left early due to road conditions and checked out late. He asked me to pay 30 euros, and I am just a student. 30 euros is a huge sum of money for me. I told him that I could keep 10 euros for me to take a taxi. He directly snatched the money from me, which was very inhumane because my English was not good and I didn't know that late check-out would require payment. In the end, they took the money directly from me, which was very disrespectful to me. There was a very bad lady at the front desk. The hazardous substances in the hotel made me feel very upset because I stayed in this hotel. I went downstairs and explained to them that no one admitted to it. You can apologize to me for the smell, but not admitting it is too much and has caused serious damage to my mind and body. I feel like I need to I have cancer and depression, and the service attitude is the worst I have ever encountered in Europe. Because of this hotel, I have started to hate Paris and will not come back. I said I would go to the relevant department to report the service staff.
