L'accueil est en rénovation, mais ce n'est pas dérangeant. La chambre est propre et confortable, avec une belle vue sur l'architecture. Le personnel est très agréable, il y a toujours une personne à l'accueil joignable au besoin. Le coin est tranquille et sécuritaire. On est à 15 minutes à pied de la tour eiffel, métro et vélib à quelques pas de l'hôtel, plusieurs restaurants/boulangeries/commerces aux alentours. Je recommande!

The rooms are not very big and are quite simple. The tables next to the beds are very small and are built in about a foot from the bed on each side. There are no drawers or shelves in the bedroom. The bed is very comfortable and the service was wonderful. Breakfast was also very nice. the bathroom is nice but there should be a handrail in the shower/tub area since the step down from the tub is a big one and can be slippery. There is also an ice machine that only worked one time, so if you like ice, then consider that. Otherwise it is very close to the metro station which was wonderful. The staff was kind and very respectful. Once more thing, I was not aware that the hotel was under renovation when we booked, and there was no garden area, as was described on the website.

Horrible experience. I would never stay here again. We thought the hotel was closed down when we walked up. There is an inconspicuous door to get in that is not identified very well. The "lobby" is a dump. It has two old office desks and boxes stacked everywhere. It looked like a rundown office from the 70's. The place smelled horrible too. I'm not sure if it was from paint or what, but the whole place smelled. The pictures on the website are also misleading. When I booked it did not indicate that the hotel was under construction. No outdoor garden, we didn't even dare look for the lounge that was pictured. Make sure you look at the "official" website for photos. The photos that look decent are from an old listing when the hotel was a Best Western. BTW, if you are handicapped and in a wheelchair you may not be able to fit in the lift. It is SO small. The only good thing about it was the location close to a subway station.
