Another delightful stay at this hotel. Perfectly located for my business trip in the 15th arrondisement, surrounded by a wealth of cafes, restaurants and an amazing Boulangerie next door. Staff are warm and welcoming, were very accommodating when I asked to change rooms on check in (the first time I stayed) and ensured that I had the same room this time with the added bonus of a view of the Eiffel Tower (albeit through the scaffolding that is temporarily in place). Air conditioning was set at the perfect temperature as it was unseasonably warm for April. Breakfast had plenty of choice including a hot offering as well as the usual continental offerings with a bean to coffee machine and fresh fruit juice. Room was spacious (by Parisian standards), a comfortable bed and soft pillows. With a coffee machine, complimentary water in the room and an iron and ironing board available on request. I will be returning to this hotel when I am next on business in Paris later this year and would recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel in Paris.

The staff and service at this boutique Hotel were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always eager to help us. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Friendly service, great location, several cafes in the area, walking distance to many attractions and metro right there at your convenience. Breakfast was good. Rooms were serviced everyday and rooms were comfort and clean.

Je m appelle mme habi et je voyage très souvent à paris .je vais toujours au first hôtel parce que je me sens bien dans cet hôtel . Chambre top accueil exceptionnel gentillesse et bienveillance de toute l équipe font que je ne veux plus aller ailleurs ❤️ je recommande a 10 000 pour cent. Tout est top et surtout un staff au petit soin pour tous les clients . Dès notre arrivée on sait que le séjour sera merveilleux ????. Faites votre expérience vous ne serez pas déçus

I am not sure if my review is fair, as we were put on the back foot from the outset for this accommodation. Through our travel agent we were charged $800AUD per night for this accommodation. In Australia, that would get you a high quality stay. With the renovations, no view and average room, I have stayed in much better accommodation in Australia for a quarter of the cost. However I will say the staff was great. They were extremely friendly and the breakfast was great also. Location wise it is not too bad with access to the train station and Eiffel Tower, although a place a little further down the road, closer to a main train line and the Eiffel Tower, may be a better option.
