Its Paris. Hotel rooms are expected to be small. No exception here. Small but clean, and comfortable. We stayed 3 nights. Location was great, just across the stress from the Cambronne Metro station. A small grocery store right outside the entrance. Velo bike stand as well. Plenty of cafes and restaurants a short walking distance. Walkable to the Eiffel Tower. Plenty of major attractions and short Metro rides away. Being close to the Metro can mean some train noise at night but the windows do a good job at keeping most of the sound out

Bathrooms are also small but clean. Hot water in the shower was not consistent but mostly there. Some water leak around the edges of the shower glass panes.

The temperature cannot be adjusted from the room. One has to go down to the lobby and they can adjust it from there (though somewhat begrudgingly). Front staff however, were all very friendly, spoke good English, and tried to help out in any way they could.

Breakfast is decent but not the best. Hot and cold options. Limited cheese and fruit variety. It was reasonable.

If you are frugal and are not interested in the size of the room but cleanliness, comfort and location, then this hotel is a very good option.

"I had a truly amazing experience staying at the hotel. All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. There was one moment when the fire alarm went off unexpectedly, and it was a bit startling as there was no explanation provided. Aside from that, everything was wonderful, and I would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you very much."

Worst hotel service+ hotel manager is extremely unprofessional.

Booked my hotel in Agoda and been canceled for no reason, both hotel and Agoda are not talking responsibility.

Also the action is extremely terrible!!

I don’t think I can say how much I truly enjoyed this hotel probably one of my favorites ever! The staff were warm and welcoming. They even knew it was my daughter’s birthday, so they added balloons to our room, which was such a sweet surprise. The room was clean. The location was amazing with lots of great restaurants in the metro close by. We had a room facing the Eiffel Tower. The view was amazing. I highly recommend upgrading to that room. The breakfast was OK. My daughter is all allergic to eggs and not a fan of yogurt so not much for her to eat. But I enjoyed it! If you’re in Paris and don’t wanna spend an absolute fortune, but love location and a good hotel that treats its guests like they should then stay at this hotel!
