Il est 18h40, et l'hôtel vient de m'annuler la réservation. Sans explication !!
Il me dise : débrouillez vous, trouvez un autre hotel !

Une honte absolue – à fuir !

Séjour catastrophique dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est totalement incompétent et incapable de gérer la moindre situation. Aucun manager disponible pour répondre à nos questions ou prendre la moindre responsabilité.

L’hôtel est en pleins travaux de peinture, ce qui n’était absolument pas mentionné lors de la réservation. Résultat : une odeur chimique insupportable dans tout l’établissement. Étant allergique, j’ai été dans l’impossibilité de rester dans la chambre. On m’a proposé une autre chambre, mais même problème : l’odeur est omniprésente et irrespirable.

Nous n’avons même pas pu utiliser la chambre une seule nuit, et malgré cela, aucun remboursement ne nous a été proposé. C’est tout simplement scandaleux et malhonnête.

Je déconseille fortement cet endroit.

c’était une très belle expérience L’endroit est propre et calme, et le personnel est très respectueux. Je tiens à remercier particulièrement Monsieur Mehdi à la réception, il prend le temps d’accueillir chaque client avec gentillesse et professionnalisme. Bravo à toute l’équipe et bonne continuation !

J’ai passé un excellent séjour ! L’accueil a été très chaleureux, on se sent tout de suite à l’aise. La chambre était impeccable, propre, bien aménagée et très confortable. On sent que tout est pensé pour le bien-être des invités. Une belle adresse que je recommande sans hésitation !

DO NOT STAY HERE. The rooms are disgusting. We were expecting a cheap hotel experience, but this place was a joke. We asked to switch rooms because our first room was full of hair in the bed and shower. The second room was even worse. When talking to the one staff member on site about how it is ridiculous that two rooms are dirty, he pretended to no longer know English. He then begged me not to leave a bad review as “his boss would do bad things to him”. The place is a joke and do not stay here under any circumstance.

Had a great stay. Room was great. Very spacious. Bed was soo comfortable. The room had been recently renovated and bathroom was spacious and lovely hot water in the huge shower.The front reception was being renovated, so looked a little bit messy. But that was ok. located on a quiet side street.

INCORRECT : réservation il y a 2 mois , arrivé sur place : hôtel en chantier pour travaux intérieurs , pas de petit déjeuner proposé ....Nous sommes repartis , on vient de me dédommager de 40 euros après protestations répétées...On se demande comment cet hôtel peut avoir 3 étoiles ?

Very clean and quiet area. Rooms are tight, not as shown in advertisement. We rented the room that showed 2 twin beds separated and looked very roomy & they were not as we entered the room. The front desk staff were so polite and friendly and I was also being kind to them. They claimed it's an old picture, really it's to get you to rent a room. Anyway, they were kind and came up and separated the beds and that's all we needed. The beds were comfy and the blankets too, however not the pillows, very hard. Used the deco pillow. The shower was amazing. Rain shower and great water pressure and hot water. No plugs in bathroom for my USA gadgets. In room there were 3 plugs all together and there was a body mirror so that's where I had to straighten my hair. The hair dryer is an old timer but it does the job. I was just mostly upset that the room I selected wasn't the room. The staff were friendly always to us. I asked if there was a Chinese restaurant near and they said there's a Japanese place around the corner and we ate there twice. And there were many other places to eat as well. I'd stay here again but with my husband NOT my daughter. They did have a cooler with a selection of drinks at the front desk. Also the door slams shut and when you open it, it feels jammed like the wood swelled. The floors are uneven like it flooded and then left to warp. Like the title; mixed thoughts. As I always say it could've been worse. Be thankful.

This was by far the worst hotel booking experience I've ever had. The hotel was advertised as clean, renovated, and well-serviced, but in reality, I couldn’t even stand staying in the room for more than 10 minutes.
The property is severely understaffed and clearly not renovated. The walls and floors are deteriorating, making every step feel like walking on a rocking wooden bridge. The carpets are stained throughout, and the noise level is unbearable, you can hear everything from your neighbors’ conversations to burping, farting and whole phone conversations.
The elevator is in poor condition, with a broken floor, and although it claims to hold three people, it struggles with just one person and a suitcase. The front desk staff had no authority to review or refund the booking, stating that only the owner or manager (who apparently is rarely present) and can make such decisions.
We left within an hour and booked another hotel nearby, yet the hotel refused to issue a refund, including the taxes we had already paid. We had to pay them again at the new property. If they do not process the refund of the stay and the taxes, we will be filing the fraud claim we prepared.
THIS PLACE IS MORE LIKE A RUNDOWN HIGHWAY MOTEL THAN A PROPER HOTEL. IF YOU'RE CONSIDERING STAYING HERE, EXPECT THE WORST. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

très mauvais hotel ,pas d’eau chaude , la femme de ménage rentre dans la chambre sans demande et prend des photo, déçus ! nous avons payer le petit déjeuné et avec la réservation et quand nous somme arrivé à l’hôtel on nous a dit que le petit déjeuner n’était pas pris en compte dans le réservation !

Solides recht kleines Zimmer in guter Lage, nettes Wohn-Viertel mit ein paar hübschen Lokalen. Nah zur Seine, nicht weit zum Eiffelturm. Frühstück dort lieber vermeiden.

Bon emplacement près du pont mirabeau et des berges de la Seine. Très bon accueil, amabilité et professionialisme. Hôtel très vétuste, moquette très abîmée, sale. Sanitaires vétustes, mais lavabo et WC propres. Très peu de choix pour le petit déjeuner. Cet hôtel ne mérite plus ses 3 étoiles. Une remise à neuf est vraiment nécessaire.
