Overall, I was very satisfied with the quality of service and the friendliness of your staff.
Room heating could have been more consistent—there were moments when it felt a bit too chilly.
TV internet connection: there was no direct connection, so I was unable to access my YouTube account or stream content.
Aside from these two points, everything else was excellent. Thank you again for your hospitality and attention to detail. I look forward to returning in the future.
