Staff is excellent and tries to make the stay of guests as good as possible! Friendly and helpful! Everything was very clean and service excellent! What totally didn’t live up to our expectations was the room temperature and the fact we couldn’t change it! First we were helped excellent by staff to get other rooms, that didn’t have a 27 degrees temperature but in second room it was still too hot - not dangerously hot, but still too hot! It couldn’t be changed! No technical staff present! That’s a dealbreaker for a future stay! And it was already my 4th stay at Oceania Paris!

Très beau séjour , chambre de haut standing … Sympa le buffet du petit déjeuner , en outre , je préférai l’emplacement s’il y a quelques années avec vue sur le jardin et l’espace était plus spacieux . L’emplacement actuel du petit déjeuner est exiguë ca ressemble un peu à une salle de cantine et de plus sombre … Bel accueil
